The recovery time is the key-if you don't allow adequate time for a muscle(group) the catabolic process outweighs the anabolic process.You just keep doing more and more damage-and you're in the over trained catagory.Take more time and more food over more training,my saying"Live to lift another day!"

You need to take care of your calluses as well:) File them down gently now and then Amanda! And use a lot of chalk when lifting heavy.
The calluses never leave you if you lifting heavy. Chalk doesnt even matter
