Hi please could you answer this question, I was recently required to give 2 specimen of breath on an intoxilyzer 6000uk. After going through the initial set up, we stop the procedure and went to another room with a different machine. The first one was faulty. The second one was then also faulty and I then went to a third room machine. By law should the Police restart the procedure from the start on the third machine?

My understanding is, with the evidential breath test machines at the station, it calibrates every test.
Can the public track calibration history of individual devices as per Commonwealth v. Hallinan: SJC Decision and any UK class actions.
Are you legally obliged to have to take the tube after being breatherlysed
