Two sea lions saved by The Marine Mammal Center make history

The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, CA recently rescued its 10,000th California sea lion in its 36-year history! Number 10,000 was named Milestone. After treatment for a bacterial infection, the male sea lion along with another one named Zodiac Girl (the 10,001st) were released back to the ocean at Point Reyes, CA on August 4!
