Huzi Infinity Pillow with Infinite Uses

Could a mobius shaped pillow be used effectively? Is it comfortable to sleep on an infinite loop? Will it make your neck feel like its floating in space? Turns out, it does a decent job as a neck pillow, not so much as a sleep mask or ear plugs though. It does a reasonable job as a window sleeper and also a desk sleeper pillow.
