Den is just so great, he might be one of the few that in the future will make mainstream understand that beabox is just more than "boots and cats". His musicality, his beatbox just touches your heart! What an artist!
this will legit be etched into everybody's brain when you perform in on stage because it just has a unmatched flow and it was completely flawless. I am astonished by how creative you can be with your beats man and I can't wait to hear more.
I think this is a routine of his that won't be seen on stage as often. A big part of its charm is the reverb applied on his voice, and a decent amount of mixing, and or tone shifting. Solid routine nonetheless, but definitely one that relies on the singing notes to be angelic and the low notes to crisp and clear. Don't think it would end up sounding as good live.
When BBU was announced I remember commenting that this would fit Den perfectly, but this exceeded my already high expectations.. It's been stuck in my head all day at work, amazing track!
Den & hiss are like the structural geniuses of the whole scene. There tracks really show how they design their routines with such a professional approach to it, making sure they sound as close to produced as possible. Great job den👏🏻❤️

@@kingpin1036 All good points. I'm not comparing these beatboxers, though. If i was, i could just mention that Hiss is Korean and Asian champion while Den has nothing and that would be enough. What i'm saying is that i prefer Hiss' piece against Dilip more than i like Den's round here; it's ALSO structured like an actual song, also has amazing vocals and an easy to listen to melody. Hiss has better technicality though, and he uses it as an amazing support for his music. Hiss is more complete in general.
Randomly saw this video shouted out in a comment as one of the best beatbox videos they had ever seen and it did not disappoint, I've heard a lot of beatbox in my 10-15 years of being in the scene but this was something special. The perfect blend of vocals and the way you seamlessly went into the snares and basslines and back to the signing was perfection.
This is the tightest battle so far in this competition in my mind, but this track brought genuine tears to my eyes how perfect it was. I am leaning Dens way but this was an incredible battle and whoever wins im happy with 🔥🔥🔥
I think you are right, this will be the closest in points so far. I am rooting for Den personally, just because this i could listen to on repeat all day, and going through the categories i would predict he takes it with 1 or 2 points depending on the user voting. How Zero's was basic af the video was better it had no musicality and basic ass beats. Ask yourself can this Zero do anything Den does in musically in this video the skill level is not close. Zero just uses inward bass and typical standard beats

Zer0 has absolutely crazy complexity and some of the stongest basics and cleanest flows around and just that swag around him that gives him such a vibe, zer0 doesnt use inward btw. Den is a more emotional track with bass variation and complex patterns with the bass and some very clean basics as well. Both have very different styles and very different sounds which is why this battle is so close and hard to judge. If you say Zer0's round was basic asf I dont think you have ever attempted to do anything zer0 has done or looked very deep into the round. Both are incredible and so complex just in their own ways. I still lean towards Den's personally but both rounds were perfect and we couldn't of asked for a crazier battle.

Same, Zer0's composition was a bit off but Den once again blew me away with his masterful composition. Plus his bass slaps so hard. I would say this round has the highest enjoyment of listening of all.
