I am sorry, but he did not trick her, after arjun brouth subhadra to indraprasth, draupadi was upset so arjun asked for forgiveness again and again,(note that in those days multiple marriages were allowed and men did not asked their wife's permission but her arjun apologised repeatedly) then he sent subhadra to pacify panchali and her sweetness and innocence melted panchali's heart and she embrace Subhadra. SAHADEVA had many more wives and children. Draupadi, Vijaya, Radha, Digambi, Niranjana, Tulhajasi, Shitsrasuda and Mala. Children were Shrutsena, Suhotŕa, Vrati (from Radha ), Vishma, Kuntshi, Malvi, Ujaat, Manyu and Suhasunder.

That's "Panchali " not paanjali. Panchali means princess of panchal, king Drupad's kingdom.

However, please use Sanskritam pronunciation....Example: Yudishtira (not Yudhistir); Bheema (not Bheem), Arjuna (not Arjun), Paanchaala (not Paanchaal) and so on.
Hindi removes 'a' and 'am' pronunciation of Sanskritam words although the Lipi is same. This is called "Schwa Deletion". This is how "Sanskritam" became "Sanskrit" and then English made it "Saanskrit".

Polygamy was common but I didn't support DRAUPADI disicion of not sharing household with any other women because it's not only insult but make hell other women lives and why so much partiality and favouritism with SUBHADRA? ?? DRAUPADI such a strong character, an ideal character must be impartial
First of all, these rules were not created by Draupadi, but all the sages including vedvyas, dronacharya. king Drupad was infuriated when he heard about his daughter have no other option but to marry pandavs. Her life would be a hell because five men would have claim on her and she have to be duty bound to them, see her husbands getting along with other wives while she only remain as a childbearer of five men.. Her life would be worst than a courtesan. Thats why these rules were created to justify her rights. She is going to make her life hell, atleast she would not see this truth on daily basis.
Moreover she did had equal rights to Indraprastha. Her father gave alot of financial and defense support when Indraprastha was created. She equally administrated her kingdom along with yudhishtir. She wasn't enjoying her life but utilizing it for the welfare of her kingdom. None of these pandav wives did that for them. All these wives either married by their father for gaining the support from Indraprastha or for love, like chitrangada, Subhadra and Ulupi. Both were quite selfish reasons. When draupadi married them, they were begging on streets and running away from their cousins. She did so much for them, shouldn't they provide a place for her where she don't have to worry about her importance getting fade away from her husbands' lives? These pandavs lived 4 out of five years with these wives. Is this not enough? She just didn't allowed these other women to be in the same place she is residing. But even after that she herself stopped this rule after Kurukshetra War ended so that these women could live along with their husbands after loosing their children.
About partiality with Subhadra, it wasn't because she wanted to please her husband Arjuna,she wasn't happy about that and told him to live with his new wife.. but for Krishna's sake, she had always given importance to krishna, more than herself.
These wives didn't lived the harsh life of exile for their husbands, brutally kidnapped and humiliated , neither were they were used as stake, No one of them freed them from their slavery either, neither did anyone of them went with their final journey to heaven and died in the middle of the journey.. These women enjoyed their lives in their father's kingdom in safety and luxury. That was the most important thing for any woman in that era, their safety... Which unfortunately draupadi never received from her husbands. Instead she have to protect them time to time. Is this selfishness??
