Me to
I must agree, I would have loved to tinker in the dungeon with grandpa making things like electricity.
Until Herman takes up a sport because then you'll never know what comes flying through your house..😃
Yes I wish they were my neighbor s
I love it when Lily dusts the furniture -- she sprinkles dust ONTO the furniture!
As the show was produced by Universal, they had access to all of the "mad scientist" equipment used in the original Frankenstein movie from 1931. Grandpa sometimes used it during his experiments in the dungeon.
The original equipment was also used in Young Frankenstein!

Oh wow. Cool. A higher chance that they'd do a 4k hdr release someday 😀
Borden T. Pike was a "Henpecked Husband"!! Richard Deacon played that role so well!!
Eddie with the big piece of cheese and the giant mouse trap lol! 🤣
I told him to keep his big trap shut!

If you pause it at 10:02 Marilynn is wearing a very bad wig?

Those two men, so scared what they saw they high tailed outta there, one guy wasn't about to run out from under the street he dug himself straight up out of the yard and then jumped in back of the truck only to fall off then started to out run the pickup truck, lol.

I dunno, $1500 ($13,000 in 2021) seems a bit light for some joker to bust a wall up in your basement.
5:26 -- "Goodnight!" -- For my mom's side of my family. They were from Transylvania (for real). 🦇
It's Fred Rutherford!

The hand coming out of the bucket is it not the greatest
Did Lilly have it "goin'" on or what?
One of the best things about old series like this is the plotting. In ordinary life, it wouldn’t matter that Herman has bad sinuses. It would just be a fact of life and we would forget about it. But in a series, it can be used for plot development. So Lily convinces Herman to stay home and Marilyn is sent instead. Gordon T. Pike then has to confront his wife about her penchant for jealousy. (Of course, since it’s a comedy, it’s a comedic confrontation but that’s a side issue.)
But all the disparate pieces are unified into a coherent whole and it makes the episode all that more enjoyable because there are no loose ends to be accounted for.
I suppose a little fact like Herman’s sinus complaint could be introduced in this episode but not used until a later one. But then the writers would have to allude to it in a later one to remind the audience about it.
“broken” into ... not “broke” into
My favorite show!!!!! I grew up with, Herman and Grandpa, Lily, Marilyn, Eddie, and SPOT!!!!!! IT IS HILARIOUS!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣...... And so cool!!! 🥀🥀🥀🥀.. 2022...
😂😂😂😂
Grandpa, water boarding Herman.
broken into, not broke into
😍😍😍😍
FUN FACT: Richard Deacon played the part of Mr. Rutherford on Joe Connelly and Bob Mother’s other hit show, “Leave It to Beaver”
Also he wad the producer on THE ALAN BRADY SHOW
Richard Deacon must have been a member of Universal's "stock company"
Massive huge ginormous like

What a great show. Don.t make them like that anymore. Instead we have shows like the masked singer. Man we have come a long way.
Is The Munsters based on a true story?
