I video I worked on long ago.
Cinnamoroll is one of my favorite Sanrio Characters~ I used to check out this movie this long ago~
I don't know Japanese but I am trying to learn. Here's what happened:
Long ago someone posted parts of this movie and added some subtitles to show what the characters are saying. So I tried putting them in but how in my style. (Credit goes to that person who shared the subtitles)
This will only be one time I tried putting in subtitles for this.

when I heard the girl's "oh"s I thought "oh, maybe they meant fan dubbed, those don't sound like Japanese voice sounds" and then she spoke. She has a deeper voice then what her design would suggest. I like it.

After watching this movie, I wondered why they didn't make a full anime series follow up (In the style of Onegai My Melody). This movie does feel like a full pilot-prelude.
If they made follow up episodes (or a sequel), we could have learned more about each character: What's Anna's backstory, how she opened her café and adopted each pup before Cinnamoroll, which clients come to the café and so on.
