I don't think so. Bubba, I believe it's still a record, is the only man to win four National Golden Gloves tournaments and was robbed in the '72 Olympics. He was a quality guy and had a lot of heart. Alexis may have been able to get him earlier but he certainly didn't play with him.

Argeullo was a very bad dude until he met AARON THE HAWK PRYOR , i was a amueter boxer in the late 70s and early 80s and Argeullo was my favorite boxer besides Ali , this really brings back some really good memories

It looked to me that Alexis didn’t respect his power beginning round one. Alexis started setting down on his punches in round 5 and then it was just a matter of time. Good stoppage, Bubba didn’t know we here he was. The great champion, Arguello, RIP.

The term is "out on his feet".
Ray Mancini did the same thing but they continued the fight anyway. When an opponent turns his back and walks away that is considered a TKO.
