What fun! This is a great project for the little ones. Teachers could use it in the classroom as well.
You know it Kerry!
What a great ornamental idea, so fantastic, like big beads, well thought!
Now all I see is big beads! :) Happy Thanksgiving!
@@MarkMontanoMakeYourMark No, they are beautiful Ornaments, I just say it because I remember you making beautiful beads with paper and the same rolling method but this are ornaments and very beautiful ones, on their own right!
Everything you create is amazing. You really are a true artist. Such an inspiration. You can make anything look beautiful. You're so creative.
You are very sweet! Thank you for watching my videos!
These look a bit like some of the vintage ornaments our Grandparents used to hang on the tree. They have that same feel...SO cute! I LOVE them! Just sparkley enough to be classy, without looking like you've hurled glitter onto them after one too many mimosas...lolol. Awesome tutorial as always. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Yup, this rolling technique has been around for a while. Easy, and still fun to do!
That was my very first impression as well. They are quite beautiful!
@@smzeoanne3591 VERY much so. I'm a sucker for things with a nostalgic feel!
I thought the same thing Cheryl. Like vintage mercury glass ornaments. I’m glad someone else remembers them fondly. I always loved those best and tried to make sure they had a good spot on the front of the tree so they would be seen by everyone.
@@lyrehcb8156 Exactly! =)
cool! very beautiful ornaments! thank you
You got it!
Mark! What a great and so cost effective craft! As always, you totally did something so unexpected and fresh! Thanks for the great ideas! Jackie
Morning Jackie! Happy Thanksgiving week!
These remind me of the fancy vintage mercury glass ornaments my mom put on the tree when I was a child... who knew cardboard could be so pretty. Nice job Mark!
I'm pretty happy with them, I have to say! Happy Turkey Day Lyrehc!
And once again, a brilliant Christmas craft to do with the small kids I teach. I glue and they decorate, and they have a cute gift to give their parents.
Have a blast! We have another corrugated cardboard project coming up soon, too! Stay tuned Chibi!
This is GENIUS! The older children can make ornaments for the little loves to paint add hot coco and music.
Sounds like the perfect day Auntie Yaya!
Yes they can! *Find me on Patreon for content I'm not sharing anywhere else. www.patreon.com/MarkMontano I'm posting more and more over there. I hope you'll take a peek and consider being part of it!
I can't get over how amazing you are. Who would have thought of using cardboard to make big beads! I am just blown away by your artistry. I do not celebrate Christmas, so I don't need ornaments....but there must be some other way to use these! I could maybe hang them on a sturdy set of white lights? I guess we will see..... :o)
I have a feeling you'll figure out something to make! Maybe to celebrate the new year?
@@MarkMontanoMakeYourMark :o)
Cute idea, they would even be cute as Easter eggs for display in a cute little basket.
Love that idea Bridget! Hope you had a terrific Thanksgiving! If you're on Instagram...find me! I'd love to see you! I'm @TheMarkMontano

Wow! who would have thought you could make something so beautiful with cardboard. And they remind me of a more vintage ornament like Cheryl said. I love the colors and purple being my favorite, they are sparkly and fun and I can't wait to make some of my own. Another winner Mark! thank you for sharing this video I get so excited to see that you have uploaded another video because I never know what it could be and that's what makes it so much fun! Ironically, I was just getting a set of ornaments I had laying around just moments ago that are just like tbose, except they were bought a couple years ago from dollarama, and are made from what looks like a foam base decorated with a bling wrap of some sort. I wish I had a picture because you would be in awe of how similar they are!
Anyway, much love and hugs xxx❤👍
Jess!
