I LOVE the emily awards!!! One thing I would've personally really enjoyed would be a greater comparison between setting sprays...Like the infamous urban decay all nighter spray vs. the mac fix plus would be fantastic in a future video!

I love to see that you keep spreadsheets about everything! I always wondered if beauty bloggers did that. I mean, is it reasonable to think you can remember everything about every beauty product you ever bought? I'd love to learn more about your behind the scenes for prepping for videos. :)

First I'd like to say thanks for even taking the time to continue this series. I had a baby in June and I know how much time and energy a baby needs. I have been watching yours videos for about 3 years now, and your awards have always been one of my faves! Loved the cuteness intermission. By the way when I was watching this there was only two other comments.
Wow thank you so much! I remember being super exhausted last year after the awards wrapped up... but this time around, I have a whole new respect for everyone out there who has a little baby on their hands! It's the greatest blessing ever, but it really does teach you how to multitask!! lol :D
Most Genuine Award goes to you Emily, I see so many youtubers that "claim" to love products but its so obvious it is sponsored. Although there is nothing wrong with getting some money, there is something wrong its sounds so fake. I hope this year you surpass 1 million subscribers, and that companies recognize you even more. Even if one day you are sponsored I will trust you 100%. You have earned it.

That's exactly what I've been wondering! I think she's one of the best beauty gurus in the UA-cam community. I can't believe that a troll like Trisha Paytus had 1 million subscribers, but a genuine and truly talented person like Emily does not.
I like to think quality over quantity ;) were some pretty relaxed/ non dramatic subscribers whereas some are just ready tho throw elbows haha. I'm glad we're all kind here.
You have no idea how happy this made me. I was honestly just sitting here on my oxygen tank freshly home from the hospital and I find out from checking instagram that it's here!!!!!! I freaked out completely, and this is the best one yet. THANK YOU Emily for putting so much work into these every year and you're balancing everything so very well :) day has been made!!!

Just started watching beauty guru's this year (I know I must be living under a rock) and you wouldn't believe how many products I was using incorrectly, and how many products I just wasn't aware of (I had no idea what primer, or setting spray was! Anyway, I'm proud to say that EMILY has helped me this year by far, more than any other Guru, and I have learned the most from her. I've also started watching her vids when my depression is unbearable and I have to get my mind off of all my pain and struggles going on in life right now, and her videos really have helped distract me and replace negative thoughts with positive, happy ones. She has inspired me to want to be a makeup artist one day, or at least pursue a career in beauty. So, if she ever see's this, thank you so much for everything you've done for me this year Emily Noel, I couldn't thank you enough. You truly are so talented and amazing and deserve unlimited subscribers!!! Xoxoxo

You should try the Mario Badescu Facial Spray! It's $7 for 4oz, so a lot cheaper than the nyx ($8 for 2 oz), but it gets rid of the powdery look as well! It also adds in some hydration, but not too much. :) Thanks for doing these! I really look forward to them every year!

Yes it is a great makeup or face refresher but doesn't help with the longevity of my makeup

I have a few things to say to Emily.
I literally LOVE your videos. We have similar facial features & it seems like what works for you, generally works for me too. That being said, I value your expert opinion on makeup/skin care. I respect you, as a professional, and as a fellow makeup crazed woman. I appreciate that your videos are comprehensive. There's always plenty of information to help me decide whether to pass on a product or try it out. There's plenty of "conversation" to make me feel like we're connected as women, rather than just another beauty guru, getting paid to blab on about a product for compensation. I feel like we're friends. Creepy, I know. But, that's what keeps me clicking on every single video, every single time. I look forward to your videos & their content. I even re-watch videos when I forget what you said about a certain product, or if I'm trying to decide on whether or not to make a purchase. I also love that there is humor in your videos! (the beginning of this video is a perfect example).
I appreciate every detail that you work so hard to achieve in these videos. I can't think of another beauty guru that I would prefer to watch. Your channel(s), are perfect. They give me everything I want/need in a video. Being that I feel like we're friends I just have to say how happy I am for you & Tyler (& Cupcake). Watching you guys grow into a little family is such a bonus to the make-upy stuff of your channel.
