UPDATE: Christi Newman has been fired by the Camden Police Dept and indicted on six charges including assault, simple battery and making a false statement. This stems from the incident shown in the vid above for which she was initially exonerated.
It seems that Newman is not the only violent psychopath in the Camden County Sheriff's Office. What a complete and total clown show!
Violently dragging the woman out of the car, slamming her into the asphalt. Then tasing her while on the ground. Then hitting the cuffed woman twice(!) in the face and slamming her headfirst into the police car front.

I have sat in parking lots for many minutes while on the phone, so that I am not driving and holding my phone. These cops did not see any drug transactions, did not ask the man if he vehicle was disabled and needed help, they were there for 30 minutes and saw not suspicious activity and yet, they harassed him. Just for sitting in his car. SMH. The male officer who spelled loitering for the man to look up, was very insulting. He assumed that a black man cannot spell.

An area being known for X, Y, or Z doesn't give police the right to shake you down for ID. This is a pretextual stop, they're pretending it's about loitering (historically used to criminalize people of color), then trying to suggest he's selling drugs. It doesn't matter if it's a high crime area, that doesn't mean it has anything to do with him at all. Him existing in this area doesn't give them the right to treat him as if he's responsible for it. He doesn't owe them dispelling any alarm or proving his innocence. Loitering laws originate in Jim Crow in any case..

Facing six charges. That video evidence should bring about a swift guilty verdict. She should have been fired on the spot. The others with her did nothing to help, and I bet they said nothing at the station. This is why cameras are so important.

They usually ask them to resign and quit so that they do not have disciplinary action put on their file and so it does not prevent them from seeking further employment in another police precinct. As they say the fix is in. This is #Amerikkka. About the only time you can hope to receive Justice is if there is a camera that happens to catch the evil.
Qualified immunity is 100% the issue with all these types of police misconduct. Get rid of qualified immunity, these will go away also. It is just that simple.

Guys, many times I pulled up at the QuikTrip didn't gas or got gas.I got a phone call, and I'm on the phone. Handled my business. The call man takes 5 to 30 minutes, and it happens. then I went in and got gas or went into the store to do what I needed to do it probably used the bathroom or whatever, but I'm not doing anything illegal. The guy pulled up and had a phone call in a conversation for some time that's not illegal. How many times have you seen people at QuikTrip sleep resting there. This was clearly racial profiling.
