I know some. In Dragon Ball Z during the Cell Saga, Goku sacrifice himself by teleporting Cell to King Kai's Planet which resulted in a massive explosion. Also, during the Majin Buu Saga, Vegeta (in his Majin form), sacrifice himself by blowing himself up just trying to kill the fat Majin Buu. Seriously though. Gohan should have finished Cell, once and for all. What is Goku thinking?
Goku giving Cell a senzu bean, and Weevil pretending an ordinary monster card held Yugi's soul, then tearing it apart, thus pissing off the pharaoh royally six ways to Sunday and back.
Honorable mentions: - Spike sleeping with Julia behind Vicious's back (Cowboy Bebop) - The Meiji government not ensuring Shishio was dead (Rurouni Kenshin) - Meryl and Milly following Vash to his confrontation with Legato (Trigun) - Mai trying to use Ra during her duel with Marik (Yu-Gi-Oh) - The Greenhorn team not adequately preparing for their quest (Goblin Slayer)
That Mai one is Mai losing to plot not making a dumb decision. Keeping a super card like that a secret to use as a surprise trump card is actually smart. The dumb decision is not at least trying to read the card first before attempting to use it. But if she did plot wouldn't have happened so it was plot, not her poor choices.
Keiichi opened the door for Rena, only for her to butcher him like crazy. That is a prime example of why we should never open the doors for strangers. Keep them locked at all times.
@tericcoping3145 So you haven't watched the full series. Otherwise you'd know what exactly happened in the scene. And seriously, how is that a dumb decision? Don't we all trust our friends?
@doujemperiorofcoolnessthes9272 Well, in this case you SHOULD watch the anime before saying anything. I care if someone watched the series because because this scene makes PERFECT sense, but as to why it does is a huge spoiler. And I said this before but you clearly didn't read my comment, but she wasn't holding the knife to his face going "I'm gonna chop you up!" It wasn't a dumb decision, most people would've trusted their friends and if you wouldn't have, then that just means you have trust issues. Damn, been a while since I typed a comment this long.
The Code Geass one really got me. So Zero, the guy who is singularly responsible for your success, is a Britannian prince. Who told you this? Another Britannian prince that has done all he can to kill you, and you believed him for some strange reason. And even if he's right, hasn't Zero done all he said he would to free Japan? They were idiots.
Fr. Why on earth would they believe the words of a Britannian prince, you know, a member of the royalty the country that invaded your country and has been oppressing it for years?!
The scene makes sense when you take everything into account. Oghi's mind has already been poisoned by viletta. And the evidences from their comrades creates a rift between the black knights as to those who stand with zero and those against him. Also schnizel has FLEIJAs. And the battle ground was Japan itself. Giving zero to obtain freedom seemed like a better option for oghi. But the dumbest thing is that they forgot that they can never take zero alive due to his powers and intelligence.
The Valentine Brothers' infiltration of Hellsing HQ wasn't even the dumbest infiltration of Hellsing HQ in that series. Zorin Blitz's flagrant disobeying of the Major's orders to not outright attack Hellsing directly led to Seras Victoria drinking Pip's blood and reaching her full vampire form, which was one of the key reasons Millennium was finally destroyed.
I always felt that he knew she would do that but didn't expect Seras becoming a full and very powerful vampire. But then Millenium's goal was never to win but to go out in the grandest and most destructive fashion possible. And taking Alucard with them. Which they arguably did. He's Alucard though so it didn't stick. Another dumb decision was Maxwell goading Anderson. Yeah, that one went well.
Don't act like Vegeta is the only one who does this Everyone in DB is polite or stupid enough to not interrupt the villain powering up And Goku does this all the time, wanting to have a good fight Happened with Frieza, Goku gave Perfect Cell a senzu, Broly, ...
In their defense, Vegeta did try to stop Gohan from transforming into an oozaru and sometimes it's fear or shock that prevents the good guys from doing anything when the bad guys transform. Goku vs Cooler is a prime example.
Aizen let Ichigo live so he could help Aizen reach his full potential. The biggest mistake he made was not killing and underestimating Urahara before facing Ichigo for the final time. As the Mugen Ichigo power started to fade Aizen started to evolve again and then Urahara was able to activate the seal. Without the fight with Mugen Ichigo Aizen wouldn't have gained the 2-3 power levels above where he was when once Ichigo entered the soul bridge and would have had no chance in hell against the zero division. He literally needed Ichigo to almost kill him twice. Without Urahara"s interference at the end of the battle Aizen would have evolved again and went on to the soul kings world.
The seal was already placed on Aizem before the final battle with Ichigo. Uruhara explains he placed the seal on Aizen back when Uruhara and Issen were fighting Aizen. Aizen would have been sealed no matter what because the trigger for the seal was for the Hyoguyaku to reject Aizen as it's master. Because Ichigo made Aizen question his power being the true pinnacle he was no longer deemed the master and the seal triggered. So it doesn't matter if Aizen killed Uruhara before facing Ichigo the final time. The seal was already set on his body. He would have needed to kill Uruhara long before the war started more than likely and yet he likely couldn't. Uruhara is one of the people that all the villains have a healthy dose of caution and respect for. Unless they have an absolute full proof plan that achieve victory, they keep a healthy distance from him. Considering Uruhara's Bankai can alter reality and effectively make him Immortal, probably smart to just keep him occupied and off the battlefield than trying to kill him.

There are 3 dumb anime character decisions I think should have been on the list. 1. Chris almost causing a time loop just so he wouldn't lose his best friend. (Sonic X) 2. ALMOST every decision Ash ever made. (Pokemon) (Also please don't reply about the few smart things he did) 3. Akechi/Crow caring about a petty grudge with Ren/Joker over his long time grudge against Shido. (Persona 5 The Animation) (I know the real life reason but in universe it was stupid).
Yes. What I've seen of the results of the confession on UA-cam, Mustang flambes Envy's ass six ways to Sunday and back. He should've kept his damn mouth shut. Why confess to someone who a) is grieving the loss of a close friend, b) is furious over said loss, c) is looking for the culprit, and d) is a walking talking torch?!
Pretty much. If Kaiji had won his freedom and cleared his debts, Hyodo could easily have found more victims to go into the underground labour camp anyway.
Nearly everything Gendo did in the “Evangelion” series. He destroyed the world in more ways than one, but then he saved it for his son and wife’s sake.
I would say Light essentially admiting he was Kira in front of N was the bigger blunder by Light. N had him on the ropes and Light thought he still had an ace up his sleeve w/ Mikami. Light got played.
You know🤔with other WatchMojo videos of Dio getting his ass kicked six ways to Sunday and back by a member of the Joestar family, you would THINK that the stupid git would keep his mouth shut😅
Others: - Dr Tenma saving Johan's life - Anytime that anyone messed with Saitama - Underestimating Gon and Killua - Edward and Alphonse performing human transmutation - Diavolo messing with Giorno
Here's one: Ymir turns herself over to Marley. So, Marley and Eldia are at war. Marley wants to abduct Krista and use her as a tool to wipe out Eldia then keep her prisoner. Ymir is in love with Krista, but doubts Eldia will be able to protect her, so she sides with Marley, willing to literally sacrifice herself so Marley can steal her Titan Shifter power, and while Krista will be a prisoner of war and a tool, at least she'll be alive. But then Ymir realizes that since Eren can control Titans, Krista will be safer with Eldia, so she decides to save Krista from Marley. But then, instead of going back to Eldia, she SAVES Reiner and Bertholdt, Marley's strongest Titan Shifters, from being killed, then turns herself over to Marley so she can be killed and have her Titan Shifter powers given to another Marley soldier. It's like, what? She wants to protect Krista and thinks she'll be safer with Eldia, so she saves the enemy's strongest soldiers and sacrifices herself, which will only make the enemy stronger by gaining her powers, and this will keep Krista safer? What is the logic here? She should have stayed with Krista to protect her and help Eldia win the and let Reiner and Bertholdt die. Seriously, the hell?
knowing it would probably get luffy killed. luffy would be dead a hundred times over if not for luck, plot armor and the villains being extremely stupid
lets be fair with the aizen pick he didnt see ichigo as a threat at and why he when you stop the main characters attack AND his FREAKING theme song with a FINGER one might think the person isn't worth killing
tbf with rudeus, that's not how the scene went in the light novel, in the novel orsted was very polite and not intimidating at all, the reason as to why ruijerd and eris were scared was because of his curse, so from rudeus point of view, ruijerd and eris were the ones acting strange

Kaiji is addicted to gambling, he can not control himself, he needs the high rush of the adrenaline that comes just from gambling not winning. It is the most accurate outcome. At least it was not a surprise to me.
#12 - Envy confessing to killing Maes Hughes #11 - Leaving the gum-gum fruit unattended #9 - Kaneki joins Aogiri tree What about Bertolt telling everyone of their identitiesHyoga betraying Shishieo Lisa betraying Vulcan
Not gonna lie, the writers of Tokyo Ghoul anime making Kaneki join aurogiri was a weird choice, but the reason why kaneki joins aurogiri tree is to find out who the leader was. He pretended to be the bad guy to take them down from within
Goku sparing his enemies because he want a fair fight. Leading to a lot of trouble in and outside universe. In because the enemy might have something that could destroy earth or universe out because it made a story arc longer and reader facepalm at his stupidity.
@@jakealter5504 he knew gohan didnt need the push. he just didnt care. all he cared about was "fairnress" and if that meant cell killing gohan as well as everyone else, goku was fine with that.
Kaneki joining Aogiri was the dumbest decision he has made. If it were up to me, I would slaughter every Aogiri member, one by one, until there is none left.
#2 you known the funny thing about this that we are basically going to see a repeat of Cell arc, whenever the DBS anime decided to return In the DBS manga, Toyotaro, for some reason, decided to turn Moro into another Cell. He doing that by having Moro consuming an android to gain new form; oh, and Goku giving him a senzu bean.
20:20 how am I not surprised that Death Note was going to get the number one spot. Light Yagami falling for L's trap. When you got your own Shinigami laughing at you, you realize that you fucked up.
Another example is in Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Paul von Oberstein not allowing Siegfried Kircheis to bring his weapon into a ceremony causes Kircheis's death. Kircheis's death sends Reinhard von Lohengramm over the edge, threatening the empire he's trying to build.
One of the most dumbest decisions that I have ever found in Anime is that Ash Ketchum has let go a couple of his Best Pokemon from the Pokemon Series. Even our Greninja his best one ever. Thanks to that no good Pikachu. He used that Pokemon way too much in the whole title series.
Y’know it’s the one thing about Saiyans, always wanting to fight their opponents while they’re at full strength before eventually dealing the final blow, I mean come on Goku could’ve ended Frieza when he had the chance but didn’t, Vegeta could’ve kept smacking Cell around before ending him but didn’t. Huh I guess now that you look at it they really aren’t so different from each other
Orsted isn't that bad of a guy, he just really really REALLY *REALLY* hates the Man-God... There's also Orsted's curse, which is a stronger version of the one the color green/the Superd have.
part me believes light honestly deep down didnt see himself as a god in the same sense I think he was bored with life and nothing excited him and everything he did was a straight path. I think he saw it all as a game with achieving peace means he wins. How many references to winning did he make, and then L was probably the only person in his entire life that ever proved a challenge he made life fun. He even dissed near for pretty much being a sloppy version of L although that would give near the upperhand
To be fair, Devilman's journey was ill-fated to begin with, as he loses even the final battle against Ryo/Satan before God nukes Earth anyway. Also, in Death Note, Light actually wins against L, but it's Nate River (aka N) who finishes what L started and deduces Light's identity. Light may have won the battle against L, but N won the war. That and Ryuk no longer found Light interesting.
I should bring up that letting an enemy live whether you're good or evil is bound to make you pay dearly. So, I'll be expecting plenty of that in this list.
AT 12 :07 I wouldnt say its a dumb decision, In the Manga it was Eto yoshimura who influnced Kaneki into joining Aoigri Tree because she followed him Around and They Didn't put that information in the Anime
Honorable mention to the cast of Platnium End decicding that the depressed teenager, who has already tried to kill himself several times by this point, is the perfect choice to be the new god. Only for the inevitable to happen, and the suicidal God kills himself and takes all life with him.
I believe the Gomu Gomu no Mi was meant to be a Paramecia fruit. If a phoenix devil fruit did exist, it would have been a mythical Zoan fruit known as the Tori Tori no Mi: Phoenix Model.
Kaneki joins Aogiri Tree, glad "Anime" is in the title, indeed a stupid decision, not by Kaneki but the Anime, like what in the following Manga and logic was this? 💀
The stupidest thing light did was only killing by the death note’s default kill (if a cause of death isn’t written in 45 seconds then the person dies if a heart) he could have changed it up and thrown people off his trail or never been suspected at all if he made peoples death look like accidents

There are 3 dumb anime character decisions I think should have been on the list.
1. Chris almost causing a time loop just so he wouldn't lose his best friend. (Sonic X)
2. ALMOST every decision Ash ever made. (Pokemon) (Also please don't reply about the few smart things he did)
3. Akechi/Crow caring about a petty grudge with Ren/Joker over his long time grudge against Shido. (Persona 5 The Animation) (I know the real life reason but in universe it was stupid).
Envy literally confessing his involvement in Hugh’s Murder to Mustang was an idiotic mistake.
@@ChibiProwl Precisely. Envy was just asking for Mustang to kill him with that confession.

Kaiji's gamble actually made sense. He wasn't merely after money, he wanted to beat Hyodo to prove that it could be done.
so it was because of his Ego. he already had the Money so there was nothing really to win for him but just to lose everything.
@@nixda9326 Not exactly, he was more than likely trying to dismantle what Hyodo had built up. Even though a victory would have done little overall.
@@hokutology1718 so it was still a dumb decision in the end.
Pretty much. If Kaiji had won his freedom and cleared his debts, Hyodo could easily have found more victims to go into the underground labour camp anyway.
Every single decision made by Kazuya - Rent a Girlfriend
Nearly everything Gendo did in the “Evangelion” series. He destroyed the world in more ways than one, but then he saved it for his son and wife’s sake.
I always think some part of Aizen wanted more than a rival. He wanted Ichigo to stop him.
I would say Light essentially admiting he was Kira in front of N was the bigger blunder by Light. N had him on the ropes and Light thought he still had an ace up his sleeve w/ Mikami. Light got played.
Vegeta letting cell get 18 will always be my #1😂😂😂
Along with Krillin destroying the detonator.
Dio Brando (with Jonathan Joestar’s physical body) shouldn’t TICK Jonathan Joestar’s great-great grandson Jotaro Kujo (17-years-old) OFF. Oh well.
You know🤔with other WatchMojo videos of Dio getting his ass kicked six ways to Sunday and back by a member of the Joestar family, you would THINK that the stupid git would keep his mouth shut😅

- Dr Tenma saving Johan's life
- Anytime that anyone messed with Saitama
- Underestimating Gon and Killua
- Edward and Alphonse performing human transmutation
- Diavolo messing with Giorno

#11... Shanks deliberately left the gum gum fruit unattended. He knew Luffy was around and wanted him to eat it.
knowing it would probably get luffy killed. luffy would be dead a hundred times over if not for luck, plot armor and the villains being extremely stupid
He traveled to the place where his former captain’s son was. He meant it for Ace
I also believe it was intentional. Time will tell. The biggest mistake in one piece was ace falling for akainu's taunts
Rudeus a jerk? Really? He had no idea Hitogami and Orsted were enemies. If anything, Rudeus’ only failing was being unable to heal himself.
Lights ego was his biggest flaw
If lighy didn't fall for L's taunt, he would've already won.
lets be fair with the aizen pick he didnt see ichigo as a threat at and why he when you stop the main characters attack AND his FREAKING theme song with a FINGER one might think the person isn't worth killing
Maybe Aizen knows that Ichigo is half Quincy
5:14 to be fair no one knew who his opponent was or exactly how powerful he was or what would set him off.
tbf with rudeus, that's not how the scene went in the light novel, in the novel orsted was very polite and not intimidating at all, the reason as to why ruijerd and eris were scared was because of his curse, so from rudeus point of view, ruijerd and eris were the ones acting strange
The no. of mistakes made by Hiruzen is uncountable...

@@danknhshinki73 i mean, everyone were expecting orga dying in the final battle with or winning (even if nobody they could survive), but not, orga was killed by some folks and the rest of tekkadan perished against gjallahorm, and that was a final episode really bitter for the majority, hehehe.....

Kaiji is addicted to gambling, he can not control himself, he needs the high rush of the adrenaline that comes just from gambling not winning. It is the most accurate outcome. At least it was not a surprise to me.
#12 - Envy confessing to killing Maes Hughes
#11 - Leaving the gum-gum fruit unattended
#9 - Kaneki joins Aogiri tree
What about Bertolt telling everyone of their identitiesHyoga betraying Shishieo
Lisa betraying Vulcan
No. 13 also applies to Oshi no Ko.
Ash inviting Alain to the Kalos league
Not gonna lie, the writers of Tokyo Ghoul anime making Kaneki join aurogiri was a weird choice, but the reason why kaneki joins aurogiri tree is to find out who the leader was. He pretended to be the bad guy to take them down from within
Goku sparing his enemies because he want a fair fight. Leading to a lot of trouble in and outside universe. In because the enemy might have something that could destroy earth or universe out because it made a story arc longer and reader facepalm at his stupidity.
In this case it was because he knew that gohan needed the push to unleash his true power
that doesnt mean its not stupid
@@jakealter5504 he knew gohan didnt need the push. he just didnt care. all he cared about was "fairnress" and if that meant cell killing gohan as well as everyone else, goku was fine with that.

"hellshing biaatch"
"Aahh fuck me" the Helsing dub is insane😂😂😂😂
#2 you known the funny thing about this that we are basically going to see a repeat of Cell arc, whenever the DBS anime decided to return
In the DBS manga, Toyotaro, for some reason, decided to turn Moro into another Cell. He doing that by having Moro consuming an android to gain new form; oh, and Goku giving him a senzu bean.
Even going as far as to have Moro on the verge of blowing himself up. Only difference is the end really.
Honorable mention:
- Ace falling for akainu's taunts which gets him killed. (One piece)
Dumbest decisions?? why is my whole life in a video
If Orga didn't follow McGillis' plan then maybe he and the oters would still be alive.
I have a feeling some apology video screenshots are going to be attached to this video for a meme😂😂😂
Old man Yama letting Yhwach go was the biggest mistake in bleach history
Still on how many hardship Ken Kaneki's faced he still becomes the strongest ghoul in Tokyo Ghoul
#21: Shinichi Kudo leaves Ran at the theme park (Detective Conan)
Y’know it’s the one thing about Saiyans, always wanting to fight their opponents while they’re at full strength before eventually dealing the final blow, I mean come on Goku could’ve ended Frieza when he had the chance but didn’t, Vegeta could’ve kept smacking Cell around before ending him but didn’t.
Huh I guess now that you look at it they really aren’t so different from each other
"What is this shit, genetic?" -Son Gohan
Theresa of the Faint Smile showing mercy to Priscilla...
I'm calling it now, #1 is Dr Tenma saving Johan at the very start of Monster. If it's not, there's something wrong here.
10:00 ONE PIECE
To be fair, Devilman's journey was ill-fated to begin with, as he loses even the final battle against Ryo/Satan before God nukes Earth anyway.
Also, in Death Note, Light actually wins against L, but it's Nate River (aka N) who finishes what L started and deduces Light's identity. Light may have won the battle against L, but N won the war. That and Ryuk no longer found Light interesting.
Vegeta - Letting Cell become Perfect Cell.
That was his mistake.
I was expecting Philip from Overlord to be number 1 on this list. 🤷♂
I should bring up that letting an enemy live whether you're good or evil is bound to make you pay dearly. So, I'll be expecting plenty of that in this list.
Classroom of the Elite - Ryuen deliberately picking a fight with Ayanokoji
What did you mean at 3:26?
I think aizen predicted the quincy war. He knows crazy shit lol
I'm a simple girl, I saw kaneki and I click 😊
AT 12 :07 I wouldnt say its a dumb decision, In the Manga it was Eto yoshimura who influnced Kaneki into joining Aoigri Tree because she followed him Around and They Didn't put that information in the Anime
Krillon is also should get the blame for cells perfect form he should have shut down android 18 and use Destructo disks on her
That's only because he has feelings for her. What Vegeta did was unforgivable.
In a different dub, that device Krillin held was a detonator.
WatchMojo: Pissing Jotaro Off.
Me: Or letting him live... MANY *MANY* *_MANY_* times.
Poor Yuki. Hooking up with a psychotic, creepy teenage girl was a big mistake.
To be fair. He was probably never going to get another girl, even if he had all the time in the world
@@hashem6356Also the fact she would probably kill him if he said no.
Honorable mention to the cast of Platnium End decicding that the depressed teenager, who has already tried to kill himself several times by this point, is the perfect choice to be the new god.
Only for the inevitable to happen, and the suicidal God kills himself and takes all life with him.
Tokyo Ghoul stopped making sense after the first season.
Actually, doesn't it turn out that the devil fruit called "Gum Gum Fruit" is really a Phoenix Fruit?
I believe the Gomu Gomu no Mi was meant to be a Paramecia fruit. If a phoenix devil fruit did exist, it would have been a mythical Zoan fruit known as the Tori Tori no Mi: Phoenix Model.
Thinking far ahead isn’t a skill everyone possesses.
Well technically going the rout Yukiteru went, in Future Diary, did go by hooking up with Yuno did lead him to becoming god, so it worked out for him
I wonder if Charlotte carries Griffith’s offspring in her womb after their secret and rough affairs. 🤔
As far as we know from the Berserk manga, Griffith and Charlotte only made it the one time during the Golden Age arc, and it didn't result in a kid.
Going after Goblins when you don't have the skills--Goblin Hunter
Kaneki joins Aogiri Tree, glad "Anime" is in the title, indeed a stupid decision, not by Kaneki but the Anime, like what in the following Manga and logic was this? 💀
The stupidest thing light did was only killing by the death note’s default kill (if a cause of death isn’t written in 45 seconds then the person dies if a heart) he could have changed it up and thrown people off his trail or never been suspected at all if he made peoples death look like accidents
