Da wird ein großes Drama draus gemacht, weshalb auch noch ermittelt wird. Brandenburg behauptet, man hätte das genehmigen lassen müssen. Mir wäre das neu, denn das machen ja alle, mit Einweg Paletten, Pappen etc. Denn so nimmt dir das keiner ab, bzw. das kann man dann nicht bezahlen. Man würde viel Luft für teuren Diesel und die teure Maut verjubeln und ein Fahrer hat nur seine Lenkzeiten nicht mehr.
Wir sind auch mal gespannt, was daraus noch wird. Auf alle Fälle ärgerlich, aber auch kein großes Ding. Es ist alles sehr örtlich begrenzt und rasch gelöscht worden.

Heute waren gefühlt viele Auslieferungen in Richtung Westen, auf der A2 Richtung Hannover habe ich heute auf der Gegenseite mindestens 10 LKWs mit schwarzen MY Performance und weißen MY LR gesehen.
Auf der Autobahn kommen uns auch immer wieder volle Autotransporter mit Model Ys entgegen. Vor einem Jahr noch gar nicht vorstellbar... es geht super voran! 😎👍🏼
Front castings in Q4 were mentioned during the call. I haven't seen any so far, but I would expect them to initially be stored in the factory. I think the first place we will see them is the recycling dumpsters, so I'm watching those carefully. :) Thanks again for the amazing video!

That one black chassis on the top right has no floor, so that's a SBP chassis with front casting. (One of the other fliers got a better shot of the casting itself.) Your flight from a week earlier had different cars there, so these are brand new. Thank you!
Filmed this Saturday (22.10.2022). Fly-over videos are only allowed during weekends. Tesla Manufacturing Brandenburg SE has now a bit over 7.000 employees. And is now the biggest private company in the Federal State of Brandenburg. It might be even soon the biggest industrial company in this area. Daimler has so 8.400 employees in Berlin and Brandenburg. The big logistic companies (DB and DHL) are however out of reach. Though Berlin and Brandenburg are no big industrial states in Germany. Brandenburg never was, and Berlin has not been anymore since WW2.
2:55 Looks like at least 2 giant presses will be going in the new stamping extension. Similar to GigaTexas where there are three presses, one operational, in parallel bays of the SouthEast stamping section.
There will be a direct shuttle train from Erkner to the train stop south of the battery cell building. Additionally there are plans to move the train station Fangschleuse (the train station of Grünheide) to a new location directly north of the property of Tesla at the main train line from Berlin to Frankfurt(Oder) / Poland. Then the shuttle train (or whatever) will call also there.
This is partly due to the legal requirements and also to the soil conditions. The soil in Grünheide is very sandy, therefore the factory was redesigned.

No, the area is in a drinking water conservation area, all the rain water that falls in this area should be given the oppertunity to enter the ground to suppliment the ground water levels for future ground water usage, it can not enter a river or stream to flow away to eventually the sea, the same tactic is used to regenerate drought area’s in africa and asia where they catch rain water to revitilise the ground.
Tesla wants to buy another 100 hectares forest east of its property to built a proper railyard (and a kindergarten) there. This is however only in its early stages.

Ich kaufe erst einen Tesla, der auch unter 10Kw auf 100km kann - mein Dacia Spring kann das!
Es wäre wichtiger einen funktionieren ÖPNV überall aufzustellen und den Individualverkehr deutlich teurer zu machen. Wir sind jetzt schon bei 47.000.000 PKW in Deutschland. Es müsste eher in Richtung 10 Mill. gehen. als in Richtung 50 Mill. Die Massen von billigen Autos sind echt zum Problem geworden. Nun fahren viel zu viele Menschen täglich mit dem PKW.
