This is a really good comparision and exactly what I was looking for because I saw them for near the same price (around 600 dollars). But I have a question, I saw many videos of Mi 11 ultra 8k video recording with the main camera and it looks terrible (14 fps or maybe it looks like the video get stuck for a second) This issue happened to you ?
The FPS was fine while testing, but I haven't used the 8K video that much overall.

im still rocking my 11 ultra. Previosly had 10 ultra and both are amazing phones. Now I am waiting to see what Vivo offers with the next x90 pro to check if I upgrade tot that or xiaomi 12s ultra.
Is the stabilisation that bad? Why it's shaking that much??

Outside of China that price 785€ is a good deal.
But within China it's even cheaper.

11 Ultra seems the better camera to me.. would be interested to see if gcam improves things too.
GCam always improves things when it comes to photos! 😎 Bit its success varies from phone to phone and version to version, so I prefer to not risk with trying non-official solutions for these comparisons.
I have a mi11ultra and with gcam I can shoot 705 Megapixel photos using the upscaling function. The results are incredible.

The 11 Ultras Video stabilisation isn't as bad as you showed us 🧐 it's actually insanly stable like my Pixel 7 pro
If it's 1080p - then maybe it is. In 4K - not that great.
one thing someone noted - looks like with Android 12 it got worse.

My Ultra is still great and feels very snappy and responsive. I actually like MIUI 13 quite a lot.

@@aspirin3914 i use to have a Huawei p20 lasted 4years..the battery was better then this one . Im super happy with the Xiaomi thought everything is perfect. For realy the battery depends on your use. Im often on UA-cam even if im not watching i have music on so the battery last about 6hrs. With this phone i dont have a whole day battery charge unlike the p20 BUT! the charge is so fricking fast that it doesn't mater haha..when its about 10%i just charge it and in 20 minutes is full. So my advice is fo for it you won't be disappointed 😉
For this price you will not get a better phone.

It's almost 12 months now and i enjoyed this phone. Now the only problem I'm facing is the security issue in the phone because of Global ROM since it's chinese variant, Xiaomi told me they had to flash it to make it operational but in the beginning i didn't had any issues. But now I can't use Google Pay and many other apps like Mc Donald's and my banking application. They detect my phone has been flashed so it can't pass the security.
12 Pro is my only best option so i SADLY have to give up on Mi 11 Ultra. Apart from this, it's the best phone i ever used.
Man, sorry to hear about the payment issues. Did you try to relock your bootloader? Might help for passing safety net.
@@TechMishka I cannot relock the bootloader on custom ROM as you know it can brick the phone and if that happens then I'm done. Only way is to flash it with china ROM and lock the bootloader and then no more google play store.

Yes, but only in 8K.
Actually I'm using Mi 11 Ultra...I didn't experience this kind of stabilization...My Mobile does better...

I don't agree that mi12 has better wide angle camera. Mi11 has much more vide angle, which is main purpose of ultrawide camera. Want sharpness? use main camera.
About mi11 selfie camera - it only for unlocking phone and zoom conference. for selfie use back cameras.

I have the latest MIUI installed. Both phones are running v. 13.
When they doing a new version of the phone then they doing such "updates" for previous models

Better check with T-Mobile which are the bands used in your area. And then cross check with the supported by the phone frequencies.

Both are solid phones. I mostly use Xiaomi 12 Pro because it is lighter.

I would choose the mi 11 ultra because it was the best of 2021 and the 12 pro is far from being the best in 2022, so the m 11 ultra also comes out as usual with its camera module.
if look at price, mi11ultra also best of 2022 and probably 2023.

Dont buy xiaomi smartphone they lack basic features such u cant do call recording even on any app in mi phones and most features are cheap heating issues
Wait what? My Xiaomi phone has had call recording since 2019 December. And most features are exactly the same as every other phones. It only heats if I play games for more than an hour.
Xiaomi offered the first phones to record calls. Just think of Mi Max 2. It is just mainly no longer allowed in phones in Europe.
Phone calls recording used to be available with MIUI dialer, which Xiaomi have been forced to ditch for their Global smartphones. Now Google Dialer has the functions for most countries.
