HEYY, i’m so excited to watch your reaction to Short n’ Sweet, and i’m so happy that you are enjoying Sabrina because i’m a HUGE fan of her. I’ve been watching you since the beginning of your channel (when you reacted to PF2 & THINK LATER) and your channel has grown so much. I am always so happy to see what comes next, sending loveeee to you NeeCee🩷
You love Tell Em and want to hear her do more songs like it? I present to you....Honeymood Fades. A single she dropped randomly for Valentines day years ago :)
Act one is more of an outer confidence idk how to explain it and act 2 is more of an inside confidence and knowing yourself and you emotion Idk how to explain it🥲😭
"This is the greatest song she's ever created." - NeeCee to Tell Em. Maybe she spilled. Very mindful, very demure. Maybe I called it on her Singular Act 1 reaction that she’ll like Tell Em and Exhale.
So glad you enjoyed Act 2! I think a big factor for her writing being better and more mature in newer work in comparison to her older work is the label she's under. She signed to Hollywood Records as a young teen during her early days on Disney Channel, it was a multi-album deal, but they uh...weren't really the best for her. So Sabrina split Singular into 2 albums to get out of her contract with Hollywood Records faster. Now with Island records, Sabrina has wayyy more creative freedom than she ever did before, so you can hear more of *her* in newer projects and more intricate lyricism than past songs. But her older songs still hit, they're fun to listen to.
I'm sorry to break it to you, but i don't think Sabrina is going to give us a song like Tell um in her new album she's in a different era and is definitely going for different sound she already explored a bit with the R&B style in her singler era so i don't think she's gonna explore that with this era but maybe in the future she will
@@leiaharrison4569 hm really that's interesting because from what we have heard from short n sweet so far, I honestly don't see how and R&B style would fit well with the current 70s aesthetic that Sabrina has be exploring with but also, I got the vibe that this album would have a bit of a country influence but anyways I'm excited for the album
@@ramonajavier5938 yeah I’m not sure how it’s all gonna flow together but people are saying it’s a blend of country, r&B and disco pop. Very excited to hear how it’ll turn out.
Glad I went on this journey with you to understand Sabrina more. I think the writing as a whole was better here than Singular 1, but sonically I enjoyed more of part 1. I'm not a huge fan of the 2010s RnB sound so most of this album wasn't for me. The 90s sound of tell em I loved I hope she eventually revisits it Also liked exhale and something you didn't touch on is how much strain child stardom puts on the child. A lot of times the child has a lot of stress to support the household financially. Thats what I thought when I heard who put the baby in charge line. Lastly Looking at me is a bop and so happy I got to experience it. I'm glad Sabrina moved away from Hollywood Records in Emails I can't send I feel like she was allowed much more freedom in her lyricism in it.
TELL EM ABOUT TELL EM GURL!!! Also, EVOLution and Eyes Wide Open albums and Alien with Jonas Blue (stand-alone single) reactions would be very demure of you 🙏🏾
And this is why since singular and singular act two are still my favorite album till this day thank you yes coming from a fan that’s been their since her Hanna Montana and her girl meets world Disney day’s technically even further back than her Disney days
sabrina actually was in a dance movie called "work it" and did a song for the soundtrack, "let me move you" it's not good as "looking at me" but is a fun song
In My Bed is about her talking about her depression due to a dark time in her career while she was creating Singular act 1 and 2. She actually got sued which is wuere that song Sue Me came from, and In My Bed talks about how she developed depression in that time about it. It just amazes me how she was dealing with depression and dealing with a law suit while creating these two albums.
I really like I Can't Stop Me, Saweetie's verse is good, but i've always wished the rest of her parts were a little more melodic, instead of talky, to fit with Sabrina's singing
diamonds are forever, looking at me and bet u wanna - my holy trinity 🙂↕️

Omg my favourite reactor,
You’re so amazing, and great at understanding lyrics.
There is always such great energy here.
Act one is more of an outer confidence idk how to explain it and act 2 is more of an inside confidence and knowing yourself and you emotion
Idk how to explain it🥲😭

According to people who went to the listening party there are actually some songs that border on R&B! Just makes me more excited for the project
