heyooo everyone! RG here!😍 So many of you asked how i tilting rotating moving objects freely, so I decided to bring you a full tutorial on how to use 2 very important mods!

❗❗Pls note❗❗ that I can't tell you where to install the mods, cos each PC has the game files on a different location - BUT i can tell you that you need to extract the files of the MODS to a folder named "Mods" in the game folder then just make sure mods are enable in the game like i show in the tutorial, enjoy!.

Not working for me. I already owned the red shelf mod, but the T.O.O.L mod will not work. I deleted and redownloaded them and they still don't work. When I "shift + left click" all I get is "Set Objects as Head" and "Reset Object (debug)"
Are you using it in building mode ? cos you can only use it in live mode only.. hope it helps 🙂
@@emirblack4253 Same problem. Try this: Game Options - Others - Script Mods Allowed ✓ (it worked for me)

I’m getting kinda frustrated with why EA did not just apply the features from the mods into the game. I mean, it wouldn’t be hard for a company with resource as big as EA have. Instead they just keep making DLC for something little with overpriced cost.
That's because people continue buying packs to flesh out the game, but even those leave a lot to be desired. People need to stop acting like criticizing a PRODUCT WE PAY FOR is "toxic". If Simmers just stop giving EA money for a handful of new objects and ugly hairstyles, EA will have no choice but to fix the existing issues in the base game. Which they have neglected for a long time. The rate at which they patch the game is laughable but some fans just drop to their knees to worship the Maxis. It's how companies work. Hurt their wallet and they'll learn, otherwise they'll expect worship for throwing us scraps. None of this is meant in a hateful way, but it shouldn't be up to independent modders/cc creators to fix a AAA game.
it’s mainly cause if they take ideas from mod creators then it would be a big issue
@@lilscenechick1995 let’s be honest. everyone will complain forever but nothing will change. i’m sure a lot of people stopped buying the packs we just don’t hear about them cause they don’t watch sims stuff anymore. i stopped but only came back for the farming pack. they still are gonna half ass this one i know. it’s just bethesda 2.0

Just an FYI for the pickup trucks: The lesser-quality truck is one of the trucks they use as a driving car (As in they are just driving around the environment) and the higher-quality truck is the truck that you can see parked on the side of the road.
I love how you use the shelf! I’ve always lined the shelf up with the item I was decorating and then start placing things but I still had problems with items snapping to the actual shelf or dresser. You’re amazing!
THANK YOU! I have seen many Sims builders on UA-cam use the shelf but they didn't really explain how it works. I've been obsessed with building lately and this will really improve my interior decor.

I spent forever last night installing and trying to use the TOOL mod and COULD not figure out how to use it in my game! Lol thank you so much for this tutorial! Totally spaced on having to use the shift key.

I've had the Red Shelf for a while. I have struggled with using it. It makes me frustrated. Even after watching videos. I just found your video. The diff in your vid is Holding The Alt Key. I can't wait to clutter my sims house. I think the struggle bus has left the lot. Thanks.

If you use the TOOL mode to rotate, will your creations be tagged as modded in the gallery or not?

Nope 😊 it will not be taged as modded that's the beauty of it ,AND even console players can download creations that the tool was used to create them 😊
The mod is behaving like both the trucks are the same item. Like earlier, when you rotated the lounge chair, you click cancel and the axis was the only thing that changed position. Well, I notice that the axis on the newer looking truck is at the angle where the other truck is tilted. So the mod might be thinking they are the same object.
Nop you can even try it yourself , the high texture truck is just cosmetic item (the mod does not recognize it is an "item") so it does not rotating it , i tested it so many times in so many ways
Hi !! Can you make a video all about how you use Debug / live edit objects in your builds & ideas! You built a waterfall once all out of debug & I’ve tried to recreate & failed 🤣

The tool mod can be used in build mode now if you have the Better BuildBuy mod by the same creator. I wonder how it differs from this now.

Hey! My question - I’m trying to shift up and down on my X axis like in 3D apps like sketchup, which seems like something you’re already capable of doing. I seem to only be able to zoom in and out, turn left and right, and only get a perspective from an upwards angle. How are you getting a perspective from straight on?
How do you have your camera set? It seems so easy to position where you want it.

hey, i recently installed the mod you are talking about in this video and I have a little problem. I do not have any previously downloaded cc, despite the fact that in the settings they are enabled and the list of mods appears each time after starting. unfortunately, when I start building, they are not there at all and I don't know what to do.
I need a bit more details to try and help , we are talking about the tool mod? the red shelf?

Hey thanks for the video! I downloaded the TOOL mod, but I red in the comment section on their site that it did not work for people (not updated?), so I downloaded it and checked it for myself and I do not get this option when I shift+left click on the object I'd like to rotate. I typed 'testingcheats true' in as well, but it still does nothing for me. What am I doing wrong? :)

Do you do it in building mode or live mode? 😜 you can only use the mode in Live mode *not* building mode make sure you are on the right gaming mode, hope it will help 😊

the tilt doesn't work for me :'( pressing shift left click just moves the camera
This mod isn't working by me unfortunately
I installed both mods, they are listed in my mods ingame too, but it doesnt work... Both of them. Nothing happend when i hold shift and click with the left mousebutton. And the red shelf isnt there too. BUT Sims says i have installed these mods. I am confused. I really need the Tool Mod for my buildings 😭😭😭😭
This is an over a year old tutorial of mine, the TOOL mod does not work like that anymore, if you put the newest mod folder into the game "MOD" folder, then you must check the box of "Scripted mod" in the game settings first then do a game reset. after doing that you can use the mod in BUILD MODE ONLY, when in build mode you need to press Shift + T to open the toom menu, and then you can start working with it..

Me, seeing how to TILT with T.O.O.L: Now I know I'm being watched because I kept stupidly using Rotate when I wanted to turn a window sideways...
I'm still having problems with that.. not sure if the game or mod update changed anything, but windows and blinds/curtains aren't rotating for me, except on their normal rotating axis. If I try and tilt them like in the video, it either does nothing or it shrinks the object 😕
@@sSimSalaBim_ T.O.O.L confuses the ever loving H out of me lol Too many lines... x and y axis stuff... Math was not kind to me in school 🤣

Windows can not be rotated with the TOOL mod other than on their original axles
