      Many different people in small amounts, unless for the holidays or by someone that loves it that much.

    Yes, also chives, lovage, asparagus, comfrey, currants...so many plants can be easily propagated from perennials acclimated to your own region.

    I can't give away rhubarb here. Everyone has their own back yard plants.
