I find Yupo gets the best results with these inks, but I've also tried NARA and Craft plastic as well and they are less expensive and work in a similar manner. Here's a couple of Amazon links for these products. NARA: amzn.to/49csiyy Craft Plastic: amzn.to/42A5S88 I've tried it on photo paper, but it tends to sink right in and you don't get flowing effect that alcohol inks are known for. I've also tried this in my art journal. I added 3-4 layers of gloss medium to the surface to make it non-porous so I could add the inks onto the surface. It doesn't work nearly as well as the other papers (there was a lot of trial and error with this technique) but it is an option.

Beautiful! I’d love to try this! Is there another type of paper that this technique will work with?
