we are talking about 21 century education and educational skills, this is very pity to say that in my university lecture class, 22 students, among them 16 students do not have a laptop, this is the place our university, I did PhD in overseas, how I deal with our local undergraduates ? how can I shair my experience with them at least if they don't have a laptop ? this message over to education and higher education minister...
1st change to be the policy to accommodate to learn through experience.
2nd to train current teachers and new teachers
