I would suggest doing a tank to tank method of mileage test. If you are emptying the tank and adding fuel just to empty the tank again, it would cause a lot of issues in the engine in future

Honda's engines are low maintenance. These will last a long time even without proper care. As for the scooter giving you low mileage consider changing your style of riding. If you quickly accelerate and then brake, no scooter will give you mileage
It is designed sporty keeping youth in mind, but don't know why company had not given any option of alloy even in 2022 model. Also there is no option of disc brake.
