How to remove BMW E60/61 Front Bumper + REPAIR!

  • Welcome to Pt.3 of the #Saveabmw series. Today we are taking off the bumper and repairing/respraying it ready to go back on the car to complete the front end, along with the bonnet coming in the next episode on this mega tatty #E61 #BMW with only 93,000 miles on the clock.
    Can we save it? Restore it? Flip for profit? Lets find out!

    E61 facelift changing the Crome grill for a black one.. how to get rid of scratches in the paintwork… maintenance of alloys, changing headlights for led halo lights general maintenance… you explain how to do something in a way that the first time owner of a bemmer can understand… thanks buddy

    Hi mate where are you based. I buy and sell the e60 535d. Ive got 1 that has had a front knock so I need to take the front bumper off and realign every thing. Nightmare.

    How many cans of each product did you need?

      To be on the safe side I would say x3 of primer, base coat and lacquer. 👍

      I want to try this on my hood because it’s faded

      @@josephguillory9839 give it a go. It’s genuinely not hard as long as you take your time, prep is key. Once painted, some careful flatting and some compound will be bring it up to a really good standard.

      @@josephguillory9839 just buy a second hand good condition bonnet, will be cheaper and easier
