I work in an IT department for a packaging company with over 8 different sites, we have a site called p1 with robots and AI doing most of the work to package the fruits. It’s all automated and they plan to continue to automate all packaging plants. Mind you this is just a small California company. So if a small company is doing this then imagine a large monopoly company.

I work in an IT department for a packaging company with over 8 different sites, we have a site called p1 with robots and AI doing most of the work to package the fruits. It’s all automated and they plan to continue to automate all packaging plants. Mind you this is just a small California company. I'm a veteran, and when I was younger and going to the VA for medical care....many older veterans believe this to be true. And this was back in 2006 when I heard most of these stories.
In the 80's my mom & I both worked for a fortune 500 engineering company that designed & manufactured test equipment for the major phone companies in the US & globally.
Our friends we lunched w/daily were a large group of engineers & this is the stuff they warned us about back then. They even told us all about how one day mobile phones main capabilities (this was in the days of the brick phone btw, so very new on the scene) will be used for surveillance & how even our televisions will be able to hear us & watch us soon. They warned us to be careful with what we say in our homes, in our cars, & even what we think about.
We couldn't believe a lot of what they'd tell us back then, although we trusted them. It was just hard to envision back then. However, that knowledge did wake us up tho, especially since we've been literally watching it unfold before our very eyes, albeit slowly, in the past 4 decades. Screaming it to people over those years fell on deaf ears w/cries of laughter & comments such as,
"Oh! THEY'D never do THAT to us!🙄
Or, "They can't do that we have laws here!"🤦🏼♀️
