- This husky uses her mastermind-sneaking skills to break into the bunny den for cuddles! Belle was found in the middle of a snowstorm, protecting her doggy friend. She had a rough past and was scared and aggressive, but Stephanie never gave up. She surprises everyone though by showing her soft side to their bunnies and they have helped her be a happier, safer dog

Given that in parts of the video she tries to lick the bunnies butts she might genuinlly see the bunnies as puppies. Mother dogs clean the butts of their puppies.

She's doing what any good mom does - protects her kids at all costs. She's a tiger - and for all the right reasons! I think Belle is absolutely wonderful!
The humans supervising is a good idea, while she doesn't want to hurt the bunnies, too much excitement can likely overwhelm the bunnies. Honestly if you think about it, the bunnies are probably about the same size as her little friend she was found with. She simply sees them as more small, fluffy friends/babies to love. Long as everyone is happy and safe, i see just cuteness when different species make friends/family.
Oh, you can tell she loves the other animals. She’s very good with them. She’s beautiful.🥰🥰🥰🥰

Every pet I've had was a stray or a rescue. I've never regretted that decision. The joy they've returned to me is multiplied a thousand times. Animals know when they're loved and they feel safe.

Between her natural instinct or rather nurturing personality that had her caring for her blind Chihuahua friend, you working so much with trainers to help her live her best life & I'm not too surprised she's doing great with them.
Although you're right to be concerned because a husky like that is generally more prey driven.
My cousin's husky occasionally caught & killed wild birds.
But you know your dog after working so much with her & she's smart enough to know these bun buns are family.
Shes just caring them like you do & maybe it helps that they're puppy size.

Yeah, that’s terrible for people to think she was a bad girl. She is nothing but a loving girl thank God she got a chance to live that kind of life and be able to be happy.

So adorable! We have a black Polish rabbit named Jack. Always supervised run time on the area rug meant it was HIS rug. My cats learned quickly that if they even stepped on the rug he'd charge at them and nip at their paws. But our late black lab George could lay on the rug, no problem, and Jack would come over to sit on top of the dog's back! George was senior age by then and more mellow. Even now, if Jack is out on the rug the cats *still* abide by the rules 😅

I didn't hear about what happened to her bestie the chihuahua. My inital thought is that Belle was bred and her babies were taken from her, so shes just wanting to mother. What a great doggo. Great animals with Great friendships. Love it.

Omg, some Huskies have that instinct in spades. My old man husky gets covered in my pet rats every night to give him some love and attention. He eats it up and can't get to sleep without "rat attack time".
