I have the same car and its stock all but Res delete and a Pipercross foam air filter after i push the car hard around twisty's the car develops what sounds alot like this and sounds like air is rushing in around the dash and after slowing it all down it takes 10 mins or more till it sounds normal again,i think this cars noise got worse too at it.s limit i would like to know if the car here was ok later. Can a blow off valve act like this you think ?
I have an F56 JCW THAT I TRACK I have never heard this kind of sound. I have an Afe intake and stock exhaust....this is not a normal sound...there is an issue.

I noticed the exhaust popping did not occur at any high speeds. I have noticed this behavior on my F56 as well, but other owners tell me they get popping even at high speeds. Have you noticed this?
Only pre LCI f56 have this feature enabled, if you have british flag stop lights this feature is not avaliable due to the change in emissions legislation

During hard acceleration it sounded like the car was dragging a rake. Roughest intake sound I have heard from a turbo.

Mine pops all the time only on deceleration just tap the throttle a bit and should pop
