80 pounds dang that is heavy two of them would be as much as me ya i could see why it would of been dropped. At that weight id imagine it can handle at least 1000w 💯👍✌️😉
I don't understand power subwoofer number one rule never mount amplifier to the woofer box and that the first thing done in powered subs. of course the amp is going to give out that whats wrong 90 percent of the time with most powered subs yet they still build them 💯👍✌️
It's an awful power supply looks really dated something you would have seen 25 years ago! it's not that old is it?? why didn't they just use an ice power supply you can buy a ice power supply for that module and it would be less than half the size and more Powerful that's what I would do. that power supply is a dreadful design not designed very well looking at it B&W drop the ball on that one
@@TheSamson1teI did not. The design/shape and material choice for a sub seems ridiculous though. But I have been proven wrong in the past so there you have it
Well, I can't recommend it enough. I had a B&W asw something for a week just for fun. It was 1/4 of the price of the pv1. The pv1 is at least 10 times better so. Worth every penny. Plus, it looks better to me but that's a matter of taste
Excellent as always👍👍
Remember this one. Cool to see it dismantled. I have 2sets b&w m1, I guess these are a good match with this subwoofer
I'm guess that a fair bit of labour went into this one. Not all customers would be will to spend the money unfortunately.
You are correct, this was more of a project and I wouldn't want to do another one! Shipping is also impractical due to the weight.

Mine has a weird clicking or ticking sound for a minute then it will normally works

One of the most ridiculous subwoofers ever made. Completely form over function
Did you own one? The sound when watching movies is just insane. Either I get mine repaired or get it again

Wouldn't go for the grey though. I have the Black and I would recommend that one or the White. The pv1D in matte Black looks even better
