Hello! My install date is June 29th 2021...So we are close in dates. My Journey started off bad because my FORMER Loctitian BACKCOMBED (or ratted) my ends! Basically my hair was measured at 11' inches...She ratted about 4' inches of my hair, leaving me 6' of locked hair and knots & straggling hair on not ends!😳😳. She said that is how she was Sisterlock trained. I let her give me my 1st retie(included)in my package and left her. I found. 16 yr certified loctitian that helped me tremendously!! I paid her $150 to have the knots pulled out but my ends are open. I got some length back. In time and Slowly I will lock down some of the loose hair. Yes, I too had the thing about water spritzing! I just had my 3rd retie. So my goal for the next 6 weeks is to lock up some of the loose hair...and NO SPRITZING...only touch WATER MY WASH DAY. I am not a big washer, so I would only wash as I got close to my retie day. She said I should wash every to days... It will help lock faster! well okkkk!. I think I have 326
..i just got a new baby on my edges!(👏🏾👏🏾) so that's 327!!😁 I want to try the twist and band too! I love my babies! BEST DECISION EVER!!
