My mockup of Soule's ''Secunda''. While making the mockup I noticed there's more to this composition than meets the ear, as there's lots of subtle harmonies that is woven into this piece.

What music can you find on this channel:
⛰️Fantasy Music
Downtempo, relaxing tracks that make you get engrossed in fantasy plots, yet keep you relaxed at the same time. It's a perfect reading fantasy-friendly music genre, and awesome if you love to meditate. Like books and movies categorized under the same moniker, it sparks a sense of wonder, imagination, magic and other-worldliness.
This atmospheric music is inspired by enormous mountain vistas, starry skies, vast oceans and other grand and otherworldly places. It can calm the nerves, provide inspiration during homework studies / writing and creates a wonderful atmosphere no matter where you are.
⚔️Old Norse Music
Dark viking tracks, using old traditional instruments. Inspired by germanic culture and lore. It's a combination of ambient, ritual and folk.
The sound of the music ranges from the transcendental drones of the ancient bowed lyre Tagelharpa to the unmatched grace of the gut-stringed Lyre to the distinctive and characteristic sound of Nordic bone and overtone flutes.
You'll also find war horns, mystical chants and throat singing, thunderous mighty percussion and frame-drums ready for battle. It transports you to the dark ages, where the worlds of history and mythology overlap.
🎼Mockups
Covers of my favorite video game soundtracks, mainly of the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt soundtracks, using the software FL Studio 20 and MIDI controllers. All mockups and covers have free MIDI files available to download.

Wow, you did a great job here! It's so similar to the original!
how this doesn't have more likes is beyond me
Dreyma for real you rock ! You're literally Jeremy Soule the Second lol
Wow haha thank you, means a lot.
I'm very happy to be a student of his work.
Jesus Christ how are you finding libraries that sound so exact
Man, this sounds so close to the original! Now you can't dissapoint me, please try ''Kabouter Plop - De Kabouterdans (Reuploaded by the channel Kabouter Klus)''!
Haha misschien in de verre toekomst
@@DreymaComposer Haha ik zet 't in m'n agenda
Hahaha ik wacht nog steeds
Amazing! Sounds exactly like the original track! Can’t wait to hear more! Could I have the midi please?
Have to edit it first as theres lots of overlapping notes, then I'll probably upload it
You should start a patreon and you should upload your midi files there! I would definitely support you on that!
@@mariomj4535 Patreon is a possibility in the future, for now I'm happy to give the MIDIs to fellow fans or composers. Just uploaded it, btw.
@@DreymaComposer well once you get patreon I’ll be a supporter for sure!
Very nice cover! 😊
Am I allowed to use this mockup in the background of my UA-cam videos?
Spot-on accuracy. What Piano & Harp did you use ?
Awesome!
Which libraries did you use?
This is AWESOME!!!
Is there anyway for us to get the flp!?
🙏
What are the vsti ?
May I ask what kind of vocals you are using?
music is your hands
I can't tell the difference
what's this gonna be about?
It's a remake from the Skyrim soundtrack!
Can you make Distant Horizon please ? It would be amazing !
I already did in the past but wasn't very happy with it afterwards so I deleted it. I might go back to that one though, its my favorite from the OST
@@DreymaComposer same !!!
@@yungvarg New Distant Horizons mockup is coming and will be uploaded in a few weeks :)
This is absolutely amazing, and on point with the original just like your other covers. In the future could you potentially do Kyne's peace, as its one of my favourite compositions
Possibly, I got quite a few requests so I'll add it to the list.
Kyne's Peace coming next Thursday!
A great mockup, sounds very close to the original. Thanks also for the MIDIs of your mockups, as they're a very useful starting point for figuring out how to get the kind of sound that Jeremy Soule brought into Skyrim using my DAW and libraries of choice (I mainly use FL Studio, BBC Symphony Orchestra Core and Eric Whitacre Choir). It pleasantly surprised me how close I could get the Secunda MIDI to the original by assigning the appropriate BBCSO/EWC patches to the tracks, fiddling with the volumes and then applying reverb from Reflektor (it seems that plenty of reverb is especially key to getting close to the Jeremy Soule sound). It gives me confidence in the tools that I'm using. It's also useful to see a demonstration of the instrumentation and, as you mention, the subtle harmonies that aren't necessarily immediately apparent on listening to it.
Secunda? More like Secundeze nuts
Love this! Sounds incredibly close to the original! Mind sharing what you're using for VSTs? The harp and piano sound spot on!
Would love to hear what your using!
Cheers,
Thank you!
I really needed this
The last mock up you did (Far Horizons) I could definitely hear a difference. This is indistinguishable from the original for me. Tried listening to both side by side multiple times on my sennheiser HD650's and I still can't reliably discern them apart. Great job man!
Oh wow that sounds awesome! I was just making a new mockup of Far Horizons actually, not kidding!
I like this song
Free midi file! Subbed and broke the bell! Thanks for sharing!
