The cars that hit there top speed earlier are above in the leaderbord (if you hit 350 earlier you top speed can be 350.4 for example, but if you just hit 350 it may only be 350.1 )
without slipstream i didnt hit the rev limit with any car and when i tested further with the ferrari with slipstream i could go past 13000 RPM (last years rev limit)

For the Ferrari one maybe try doing it without a front wing
I coudnt go faster, on f1 23 it was faster without frontwing
