Miles of unopened new road off of I-40 in Pittsboro NC

There has been a new exit completed but not opened for months that will feed a new development and connect to Hwy 64 in Pittsboro. When it was unseasonably warm a couple of weeks ago I rode my bike to work and explored it on my way home.
At first I was just on the access road but then I figured it out and turned onto the main road. At the end of the main road is Hwy 64 where I had t go over the median to turn around. This was in early February 2019.
