Great video of your kart. this is my reply from your reply on my Joe Novice channel. Yeah, it may be 10 HP. When I bought mine in 2014, they had just "upgraded" the engine from 149CC to 170CC or so they said. Will do 30 MPH on level road. Mine now has 1200 miles on it, with 90% of it being in rough terrain. All the geometry, struts, springs, etc on this kart have never failed, and the grandkids hit some pretty tough bottomings, so I think it is well engineered to be an off road vehicle. I encourage you to make the wheel lug changes mentioned in my You Tube video. I will leave the url at the end of this reply. I had some instances of the fenders flying off ( you gotta have fenders if you go in mud), but I fixed that by welding on some slightly larger plates where the bolts go thru to hold the plastic fender on the frame. the only really maddening thing that it did was that the FUSE HOLDER, of all things, rusted inside (poor chrome coating), and caused intermittent problems with starting. I almost never figured that one out - who looks INSIDE a fuse holder?? that's what you get with Chinese stuff: some well done stuff and some poorly done cheapo stuff. I also changed out the 9 MAH battery for a 14 MAH battery. starts with only half a turn of the starter, even in 10 degree weather. had to enlarge the battery box a bit. go to this url: ua-cam.com/video/nXLcGzm4OG8/v-deo.html

Why are all these v6 guys always complaining about the exhaust 😑 and dude that clutch is obviously having issues if it engages at the bottom...

When I use my RunCam for recording, I always get some of the nose cone on the sides of the view.

The reason the video is chopped. Is because of the time after recoil is set to 10. If you have the time set higher after the shot it works better. or Set to infinity. Then you shut it off.

have you ever done a proper barrel break-in? usually a brand new barrel will not be accurate until a proper break-in has been done and as the barrel is broken in the shot group will get tighter. search google for any barrel break-in procedure out there. it is teadious to do but worth the time and money spent on ammunition in the long run. also once broke in try some heavier ammo. a 1:8 twist barrel works best with 62-77gr. ammo. stay away from that cheap 50-55gr stuff. also a .223 wylde chamber is more forgiving and is also excellent for shooting 5.56x45mm ammo. i would recommend spending the money to buy some lake city federal m855 ball ammo. cheaper than dirt has a decent price on it. also have a competent gunsmith chech the upper...might need to shim the barrel nut to get a tighter fit when the barrel nut is properly torqued. keep in mind all my statements above are based off my experience as a small arms repair specialist for the 8 years i was in the u.s. army.

Did you plug it into Mission Planner to see if it's throwing any errors in the logs?

I hope you got it worked out. I have a 200, in .308, with the barrel cut to 18.5 and it's close to MOA with lots of different ammo.
