She's that type of character that should be weak because of low damage but actually fighting it is so painful that pain becomes physical. She has tons of combo potential and pretty easy long combos. She can stunlock you for half of the fight if you fight against a pro.
The real strength in hilariously bad yet not auto lose characters is that the threat of losing to them is so severe. No matter how high you’ve climbed in a community no matter how good your reputation is for being the best losing to a character like Neco suddenly transports you back to the feeling of being 9 getting a stomped in smash by a full grown adult 😂.
