Of all the special moves, the tire-pulling assist that stays on the screen for like 30 seconds straight, with a hitbox, is the one that had me rolling.

I like that they kept Neco-Arc's status as a joke character while giving her better, unique tools. Has neat looking setplay in particular.
Still probably gonna be the worst character, but not "pick me if you want to lose"-tier like AACC.
Pretty sure she transcends joke character to be a troll character, both for your opponent and for you for playing her. 🤣

@@AmeNGO758 seems multidirectional. he did forward then back too. So probably A version is forward and B version diagonal up and then you can aim it with the followup

Neco Arc seems to be getting the SFV Dan style glow up. The funny cat is still a joke character, but now they have a solid moveset to actually compete.

I love that she has a mini version of Warc's donuts. I'm sad that we no longer have "doridoridoridori" though. I have no idea what the Vtuber streaming does besides obscure the screen, but I'm fine with it. I really want a crossover between the Necos of Melty and the Kakas of Blazblue.
