- The 7 chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Blocked energy in these centers can lead to mind-body imbalance. These centers have nothing do with specific religious practices and I don't believe that there are certain chakra symbols but there are some specific tuning frequencies. Although I do believe that there are energy centers in our body and it can be tuned but I can't certainly say that there is anything called the third eye. Yes, I can make a video specifically for the chakra that is associated with it but I will not claim that it will help anyone to achieve enlightenment or associated qualities that are claimed by third eye proponents. Because some of the chakra frequencies are treble heavy and high pitched it can irritate you, if you already have a high level of stress in your mind and body.
