The jury is still out on which is faster overall although rollouts do lock your speed and give you a bigger short-term movement increase when you don't have the room to build a clutch boost combo. Generally for long straightaways I used clutch boosts and for shorter sections I used rollouts. In other words one is faster than the other depending on what section of the level you're in.
This feels like crack also you can actually jump over the first background section wall using a hammer bounce and ground pound, don't know how much time it saves, but it DOES save time I think
So. Anton is powerful, Peppino is speedy, which means all we need is a third Indie Wario-Like with a character who can fly, and then we can mod them into Sonic Heroes.
