This was The Netherlands. Sadly, it's rare to come across a Chevy ambulance in that country anymore and it's rare to find an Ambulance in that country that still uses the 3 tone siren on a normal basis anymore.
Admittedly I do prefer the Dutch 3tone HiLo Sounding Sirens because you know you're in the Netherlands (Used in Antwerp,Belgium as well I think) and to me they were a part of the Amsterdam everyday life scene. Now they just sound like the German Martinshorn types, a shame really as each country in Europe has its unique Siren Sound Preferences like in France Ambulances having the three tone Hooter Siren sound and Italy them unique combined three tone alongside a continuous sound etc

They don’t use Chevys anymore. All Chevys are nowadays replaced by Mercedes Sprinters. I think in 2014 or 2015 was the last ambulance-drive with a Chevy in Netherlands.

I Sometimes wish they used these German style two tones where I live in the United Kingdom too you'd soon notice compared to the American style wailer/yelper they now appear to using everywhere some of which don't seem to be very loud.

They use both
They don’t use Chevys anymore. All Chevys are nowadays replaced by Mercedes Sprinters. I think in 2014 or 2015 was the last ambulance-drive with a Chevy in Netherlands.
