Six years ago, I was in my late thirties going back to school to get my degree and came across this. Taking notes in a regular notebook wasn't working for me for whatever reason. I gave this a try and the soothing ritual of completing a card, then adding tape for a new one put my brain in a much better headspace for studying. Managed a full-time career, family caregiver, and full-time college thanks to trying new tricks like this. I managed my time on a strict schedule (with occasional bouts of chaos), but I am so grateful for this video and others like it. Now I use this for project books.
This is such a great idea! I’m quite a creative person and I find just taking normal notes very boring. As I have exams coming up this might actually motivate me to study more! So thank you so much :)

I absolutely love this video! And I unfortunately found someone who has re-uploaded the video to their channel, no credits or editing done whatsoever... I found that video by searching "revision notebook" on the youtube search bar and the 20th or so result was a reupload of this video. I wanted to report it myself but apparently you can only report someone if they "stole" one of your own videos. I'm not writing the person's name here because I don't know if I actually can but I wanted to warn you about this and hopefully the person will take down their video. All this being said, I have binge watched all your videos and absolutely adore them ❤️

Can someone explain the part where she tapes the index cards together? That part is a little confusing. I made these revision booklets before. Just making sure I'm doing it correctly. Also, do you have any tips to make the tape not get bent inside of it while making the booklet?
I've done this diy, but I've been using them as impromptu sketchbooks or easy-to-make journals/notebooks. Hoping to try a similar method with watercolor paper someday, just mainly using duct tape and elastic to hold it together!
i really like that, in my science class before every test we have to make something that will help us study and turn it in, i never knew what to make and how to do it, i’ll probably start making these!

Love this tutorial, though I usually use them to make mini notebooks/sketchbooks out of flashcards and washi/Scotch tape, lolz! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 I think this could also work for various quality/GSM-sized paper and tape (it may depend on what kind of tape is holding it together, such as using small duct tape for watercolor paper).

This gave me such inspiration. I made one but i didnt have washi tape and ordinary tape wasnt any good so i used a stapler lol. But it worked well too. The only difference is that i had to staple it after i had written everything on it . But anyway this is my favorite study channel. :)))

our teachers often make us do booklets similar to these then we write all the important stuff so we don’t have to bring our books back home when we study before exams. i keep struggling with folding each colored paper and staples that don’t make flipping pages easy then having to remove them to add more pages (+ that one empty page because it’s one paper folded in half), thank you for this!!

Nows its just washi
use regular tape to attach the sheets. I use scotch tape with a matte finish. then I just decorate the side with washi tape.
