This is such a naive attitude though. While I agree that a person shouldn't be negative all the time, it can be just as harmful to go to the other extreme and be positive all the time too. The key to life is knowing when it is appropriate to be positive and when to be negative. In other words: Don't be an optimist or pessimist, be a realist.
If you work in place where eveybody is every day sad, amgry, stressed, hate that day before it even startes, colleges as well..is hard tried to be possitive.

It's incredible how well this song portrays just how much your general mindset can effect your perception of the world around you, it's so easy to get trapped in your own head and become unable to truly see the world in colour. Deeper: The happy guy meets the sad guy and passes happiness onto him, showing people that being positive and happy can affect not just you, but the people around you.
Deepest: The guy on the left is how a depressed person feels, the guy on the right is what a depressed person portrays to the rest of the world, obviously both exaggerated to show the two extremes. When they bump into eachother at the end, thats the depression meeting the surface level, he allows the sadness to be shown outside, is instantly offered help and has colour come back into his world

I love this music video so much because the ending implies that there’s hope to finding happiness even when living a shitty life - I think a lot of us feel down about ourselves because life didn’t pan out exactly the way we wanted to, but that’s okay - it doesn’t have to. Not everyone is going to get what they want, but to me that just means appreciating what we already have, and doing what we can to better ourselves for our own sake and not others.

I am in job i hate, and almost every body in it hate it working there, stressed, angry.. etc. A job like that once in last got me to hospital because of stress...i also said no more. But after year or two iam in similar one. Because for all those great jobs i try to apply 100% send me to hell out of there with my CV, eventhogh I had experience mroe or less, and I really wanna do that job for them so hard. No one cares. You see at the start of the song that left is the brain and right is the heart, it’s why one is sad and the other is overly full of joy. The whole song has lyrics like “but my head tells me to stop” and then “but my heart goes” - the point of the song is that you need to have heart in order to be happy, if you’re heartless then you’ll cause other people to be happy and everyone else to see you as miserable.

One other thing is the focus on the brain is an inward towards himself vs the heart is an outwards towards others. A good reminder to get out of your head and enjoy what's going on around you. I think the heart is actually him 1 year in the future. Mainly because at the end of the video when he meets himself. The heart tells him things are going to be ok and then the brain side lights up. After that, we see the girl is in the gray clothes from the office and looks at him concerned. Not like the loving side, we saw between them on the heart side. This is the hope that the heart brings in contrasts to the brains "this is it (probably)" sign in the breakfast scene.
