I just completed your only one hour hiit cardio workout again and it’s a great repeat workout 👍🏻 I hope maybe you’ll post some more longer hiit workouts soon - you’re sequence, location, everything in all your videos are perfect, thanks 🙏🏻💙
That's not a HIIT workout... With a HIIT workout you have to go as fast as possible and have a longer rest eg 30secs..to bring the heart rate back down and also the duration should be no longer then 15mins
