- In this video, We transfer one of our many eels from the 200 gallon aquarium to the 6000 gallon saltwater pond and things did not go as planned…. Enjoy!

Laughs and calls over a camera to film the eel on the floor then surrendered the eel to the fish store and blames the eel for “attacking my worker” when the eel was just trying to get away from liniment danger
Nick really is a complete scumbag. The eel immediately jumps out of the tank in fear, so what does he do? Put it right back in the tank
one thing i'm seeing in all the youtuber's pond videos is that you put them all together without knowing if they are "" Male or Female "" you guys would save them from fighting if you knew ....!!!!!

that and male and female will breed and just cause there to be baby eels and knowing how some content creators are those babies would not go to the best of homes or be kept leading to risk of inbreeding.
@@Reptile_Gecko eels tend not to breed in captivity, so there is no worry if they will breed. But even then, it’s better than just having them fight one another because they don’t have enough hiding places.
The pond is becoming unhealthy for the eels because of lack of hiding spots, put more rocks men

You have more eels than rocks in your tank. They have nowhere to hide. Learn how to take care of your animals and maybe then won’t all die so quickly

That eel didn't attack anyone, it jumped out cause it was cornered and being harassed by the bigger one
i dont think the comment about the worker being attacked was about the stuff that happend in the video, the worker being attacked was the reason it needed to move to the pond

@@NickBingoCrazy video. Years ago, my 5 yr old Red belly Piranha did that. He chased my husband across the living room. I couldn't use a net because he would bite through it. I had to use a big bowl. He lived to be 8 so he didn't get hurt.
Now I know why I watch all of you do the fish stuff and stick to my German Shepherds. I have 5 and you run into the same type of thing especially with females. The fortunate thing is i can train the dogs that I'm the pack alpha and to knock it off. I have 4 females, 3 have very high drive dominant temperaments but right now, all 5 are sleeping together on dog beds like snoozing puppies while i watch fish vids😂. 🐾 💤 🐾

hopefully paul can get that beautiful eel!! I was also reading and found out that the larger an eel gets the more territorial it gets, and especially if its the same type/sex for eel.
and especially with limited cover.
It would be amazing if I could see some more rocks and hiding places for the fish and maybe some plants it'll be nice enrichment for the animals

Those eels are extremely territorial and the new one was seen as a threat to the others space if you would have added a sew structure when you added the new eels you might have avoided them fighting but atleast that one has a chance to find a new home.

Hey Nick, if you ever set up another Quarantine Pond in your house, I have an interesting project that you could do. Based on what was shown in your Eel Transfer Gone Wrong video, I think you need to add a lot more rocks & caves to the Saltwater Pond. First, you should have a new Quarantine Pond all set up. Once that’s done, you should temporarily transfer all the eels & lionfish into the quarantine pond. Next, get into the saltwater pond & add lots of live rock along the edge of the pond bottom. This will give the eels, sharks, & other reef fish more places to hide. Once you’ve finished adding the live rock, return the eels & lionfish to the saltwater pond.
I think you should put more rocks in the pond for more hides because you got a lot of eels there! Nice video

@@JosephsJungle8 defo, they need more cover space, too many eels and other animals, for the options available, by this point he either needs to remove eels or sacrifice a lot of viewing space, but honestly if you want a more nature space a lot of clutter can actually look very cool and be a more natural experience for everyone. You may not get to see the eels too much, but that is just a fact with eels they shouldn't be visible all the time in the open.
