Rabindra nath tagore was not bangladeshi poet . Basically he was born in kolkata , west bengal india . But at that time Bengal was undivided .that means both Bangladesh and West bengal altogether were part of India . And Both of them were known as Bengal territory. But , as Rabindranath was a citizen of contemporary undivided Bengal, he is now honoured in Bangladesh as much as the west bengal do .

This is a wonderfully creative musical arrangement, a rich and harmonious ensemble of traditional and modern musical instruments, played with sober excellence and sung wonderfully truly in the classic style of Tagore songs (রবীন্দ্র সংগীত), and yet, in a variation of a duet with a core. (I felt specially rewarded by this beautiful present from CSB, as I had been hoping -- since the expiry of copy rights of বিশ্ব ভারতী on Tagore songs several years ago -- for new creative musical arrangements to appear, inspired by this great genre of Bangla songs.) The poet is meditating/perceiving/experiencing a stream of joy (''anandodhara'') flowing through the universe, we may tune to it, enrich ourselves, rise above our unavoidable daily sorrows and pains, experience a glimpse of that universal happiness or joy that is inherently there, flowing!

Shilaidaha (Bengali: শিলাইদহ) is a village in Shilaidaha Union, Kumarkhali Upazila of Kushtia District in Bangladesh. The place is famous for Shilaidaha Kuthibari; a country house made by Dwarkanath Tagore. Rabindranath Tagore lived a part of life here and created some of his memorable poems while living here. During his stay Rabindranath Tagore wrote many of his famous poems, essays and short stories there. Among those some of the masterpieces are Sonar Tari, Katha o Kahini, Chitra, Chaitali, etc. He also translated many of his creations in English there. He also wrote most of the poems from Naibedya, Kheya and many of the songs from Gitanjali and Geetimalya. It was here, in Shelaidaha in 1912, that he started translating his Gitanjali into English, which earned him the Nobel Prize for literature in 1913. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shilaidaha_Rabindra_Kuthibari
