My dad loved Canned Heat, they played this song, but as a kid I really like Canned Heat "Let's Work Together" try that one please.
They were a Canadian Group, then at the time was the most popular Blues Group that other Blues performers wanted to perform with. They were at the original WOODSTOCK. THE band broke up after the lead singer passed away at a very young age.
They stole the show at my 1st concert...Woodstock!
They played this in 1969 at Woodstock. They are legendary.
I don’t always watch reaction videos, but when I do, I watch The Renaissance Man. You don’t interrupt the song by switching it off and on like some of these other guys.
Ty your hitting all the good tunes tonight. First Pinball Wizard, Canned Heat next I'm going to listen to the Box Tops. I was a little kid when this song came out. What attracted me to the song is the vocals. I had never heard a voice like that before. Still love listening to Canned Heat. A good song to react to by Canned Heat is Let's Work Together, a song that is relevant today unfortunately.
I was 19 in 1969 and Every time I hear this song I think of seeing the movie about Woodstock , When they showed this tune they showed a lot of the traffic backed up for miles. The New York Thruway was blocked, they had to fly the acts in by Helicopters. For get what the ad was selling , workers were looking for a co worker they went to a scene of the worker riding a motorcycle in the mountains to this song.

From the hippy days. Good tune. The hippies meant well, it just went against the tide. Too bad really. Charles Manson and his crew brought the whole thing down. All history now.
