      If you're interested, I have a playlist titled The Fae on my channel to which I save, in addition to other vids that have that "real Fae vibe" even if they're fictional, every YT video I come across that includes allegedly true sightings of & encounters with the Fae.
      I try to remember to save every new SFGM video when she posts!

    These stories are so inspiring! My grandfather was Irish from Belfast. Ive had my own experiences. Theres a forest here thats a portal for different spirits. Once I had two small preying mantis sized round headed green "insects" fly up to me on the trail. They looked like the fairies from Elfquest with no faces. One landed on my lip then they both flew in tandem by the left side of my face. Then they flew off.
    The weirdest sighting was the man who passed me on the trail who I saw right away wasnt from here. His feet made no sound and he looked like he was walking just above it. He was tall, white skinned and had medium length wavy black hair. His eyes were black and glittered, litereally glittered, with silver light as he passed. He was dressed weird in a white shirt with a blue vest. His pants were black. As soon as he passed me he vanished.
    Another more recent incident was the dream I had about seeing and hearing a banshee screaming 3 times. I saw her looking at me. Her eyes were red around the sockets and her silver hair floated behind her. She wore a white dress that billowed in an invisible wind. She then floated outside a window on a second floor of a house and looked inside. I learned the next day from my sister that my niece had just been diagnosed with a serious heart condition. Shes still alive and on medicine but I wonder for how long.

      Yes I’m from Belfast I know the forest you mean you are very fortunate to have met the wood sprite he is usually very handsome but I feel sorry for your niece to hear the banshee three times means death 😢

    Im from Nigeria and my mom told le about how her and her friends used to play in this area with lots of trees and bushes. She said they would always see flying insects around there. She said one day she decided to have a closer look at them and saw that they had faces. Not just eyes, a nose and a mouth, but human faces. When the "insect" noticed her, she said it started hovering around her and had a look on its face as if it was waiting for her to ask it something or talk to it. But all she could do was just stare at it. Eventually it joind the rest and they flew away.

    Regarding the Druids' grove - the Druids (I'm a practicing one) held and still hold certain trees to be quite sacred, and a number of them are associated with the fae. Even though the owner doesn't openly practice there, her very faith and the fact that sacred trees are being cared for could very well be enough to draw the fae to that spot. And if you are predisposed to sensing the fae, which the writer seems to be, that combo may very well strong enough to evoke certain interactions.

    I bought your book and it's so good! I've watched your channel since I was in middle school so seeing that you wrote a book was so exciting! I've been waiting for a fairy book like this for years. I never really felt like authors captured fairies well and always wanted someone to write about them the way you did. I read the book for like 3 hours today. I love the beginning it draws you in immediately, the twist and turns are so good. The way you describe the way the fairies look and act is so magical. I just read the part where she gets her name and I was hanging on every word! Thank you so much for writing such a good fairy book! You did such a great job!💚 I'm so excited to finish it but also sad. I don't want it to end! Sorry this comment was so long lol.

    Ah, but the Fae DO act. For in a way that is often missed, action can be liminal. Too often we as humans are stuck wondering of the future or living in the past. Always considering before acting. Immediate action, always living in the present, is a space between the future and the past. Always in action, are they. Acting in mystery, acting in mischief, acting even in malice. Thank you Scary Fairy Godmother, for your story telling, and more Fae actions to ponder. Until next time…

    The first story, I think is a forest ruler, what Slavic people (e.g. Polish) call a Leshy (not spelt like that). He was greeting but also warning. For the last story, they church always warned about Dungeons and Dragons but I think its possible that you are unwittingly performing a type of magic and you would be surprised how you can evoke spirits or other beings.

    • @FiresCollide
      @FiresCollide Рік тому

      In fairness, the church warns about not doing a lot of things because it loves to suck the joy out of life. I'd also question why a Polish forest spirit was in Louisiana, a state with an incredibly low population of people of Polish and Slavic descent.

    Regarding the Druids, the Irish Druids most definitely would have had knowledge of these elemental spirits. And walked comfortably with them IMO.
    Thanks for keeping the lore alive, take care. 👍🍀

    What are your thoughts on frequency and higher dimension with ets connected to fae abd fearie? I personally believe there are good and evil fairies but some believe they are nephiliam.
    Its all connecred though im also more inclined to yo believe there is a dimension in the inner earth aka hollow earth theory.

    • @RuinedTemple
      @RuinedTemple Рік тому +2

      I personally suspect that it all works in a way that we humans don't & potentially can't actually understand.
      At least not fully, & not while we're alive here on Earth & in our physical forms.
      Sure, there are many people who will claim or tell you that they do know... but I have a feeling that none of us who currently belong on this physical plane have a good, solid grasp on how the things that "aren't obvious to us" (eg. anything that's considered spiritual, metaphysical, paranormal, supernatural, magical, mysterious energies, unexplainable phenomena, other realms & realities, etc.) function, as well as exactly who & what are a part of that which "isn't obvious to our 5 basic senses & our everyday, mundane conscious awareness".

    • @vixendoe6943
      @vixendoe6943 Рік тому

      In my humble opinion, people who believe in the nephiliem are indoctrinated by some church or other. They are taught that nature is occupied by all things evil and demonic.

I may record a version at some point and maybe release it on spotify, which doesn't have so many technical requirements, but I'm not sure when I'll have the time. Right now I'm focused on writing the sequel, but if I can find the time, I'll announce it on the channel.

    Listening to "Procession" it brought back a memory of something that happened when i was a child, about 5 or 6. Im not sure where we were, but it was near these mountains and it was night. One of my mother's friends was with us and they lived nearby. We all saw a procession of torches carried by people. It was dark and all you could see was the light of the torches going up the side of the mountain and disappearing into a cave. My mother was very interested in them and wanted to go see what they were doing but her friend took her arm to restrain my mom from going and said she should not go there. That regular people were not welcome there. I have always wondered what was happening there. There were parts of that country that people still believed in the old ways before the the intrusion of christianity. When i was a couple of years older i remember my mom talking to an old woman who we had met while traveling in another part of the country, also in some smaller mountains. The old woman was talking about losing one of her sons to one of the practices done in that area to honor gods. I dont remember the details.

    Dancing Mirrors in the woods,
    Don’t go nearer, without a hood;
    For if ye any evil be,
    They will only look like ye.
    Know thyself before ye walk,
    And think the words before ye talk;
    For it’s your past and present that’s seen,
