Actually, the E flat major begins at second (repeated) "Cessa crudel" (in relative solmization: LA SOL FA MI) with only last four notes of the phrase being again in B flat major (the last repeated "tanto rigor!") just ahead of main theme repeated in E flat major.
Beautiful voice! However one solfeggio error: On the 5th bar of B Section (If using Bb as Do) there would be a 'te' not a Ti (for the Ab). Other than that great job!
