I tried to do this and I just thought the whole thing as a dream. I saw white lights but,it just figured as a dream. is that suppose to happen or?
I never knew there were such a thing as a soulname, but when I was 18 (a million years ago) I had a dream that really shook me. This electric blue being approached me and said "Your name is not *******(my full name), your name is Born Of The Storm! I never forgot as it felt very real.

I tried it in the afternoon and the voice always woke me up rigth before i could fall asleep. But i was to sleepy to understand what he was saying! Its frustrating.
I also feel a sleep and it relaxed me..i did start to feel a vibrational tingling but my body was so tired form the day i just feel asleep i can see this is a powerful one for anyone that wants asteral projection

Ive known my purpose for two years now. I figured it out at the age of fourteen, and realized that my purpose is to help others. At the same time, however, there were a lot of things I still wanted to know about myself, and now I know much more. I feel as though I might have several names, though. I'm younger then when you figured it out. But when I asked they said help others too...I really like those names, two of them I've heard of as in had a rather close connection with - aka characters that I know/made up.

I became slightly anxious during it, whenever I drifted away I kept 'jumping' back into the here and now. I kept going but must've fallen asleep! Will keep trying
That means you're almost there. It's natural to "jump" or "fall" back into your body when your astral form realizes it's out. Kind of like waking up when you notice you're dreaming.
When you feel yourself floating, try to stay calm and remind yourself that your body is safe and sound. It's okay to stay away for a while and explore 😉

When I got to the Astral plane I felt a pressure on both of my hands, as if someone was holding them. I looked to my right and saw one of my childhood friends, and I looked to my right and saw another of my friends, both of whom I lost recently to suicide. They held my hands the entire time and in time they revealed to me what my purpose is. They helped me realize that I have already begun to fulfill my purpose, even though I didn't even know it at the time. It is clear to me now the path I want to take. I went through the Hypnosis right before bed and had many tingling experiences but did not see my name. Once I finished, I started to fall asleep and "Soku" appeared. I researched the name and it is much in line with my personality.

Oddly enough, when I asked about my soulname, I was told that I already know it, and it's River. A nickname I've gone by for quite a few years now with some close friends. Thank you, sir. I now know that I am a guide for others to achieve their dreams in real life and I will do this again tomorrow night to find out more about myself. My soulbook keeper said that there is a lot more for me to do, but we had to keep it simple for my first OBE so I don't hurt myself.

This was crazy, when I was handed the book by the book keeper and read “the book of life” and when you said “the name of this book is the book of your life” a sudden rush overcame me, I knew what I was reading, but to then be confirmed with your voice that I indeed was looking at the book of my life, I was ecstatic

I just came to a minute ago, This experience has opened my eyes. I went with it and began to float. I believe with practice I can leave the fear and travel further. I was so full of fear floating around my room that I was afraid I was going to wake up the whole house! What a frightening and exciting experience! When my spirit name was coming about, all I could interpret was a warm connected vibrating vision of sorts with shapes (a deer, abook, a safe or cage and then multidimensional objects) which became Salvador Dali like puzzles becoming,moving and transforming with letters and symbols dancing and spinning all their metamorphic surface. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I have never heard more than 10 minutes of this meditation. I have been trying for a couple months, almost every day, different times, different levels of alertness, every which way and still 10 minutes or less. I can't possibly keep falling asleep that quickly every time. Frustrating, but I'm not giving up on it until I hear the entire meditation, soul name or not. And no dreams during or after, just blankness. Just goes to the next video on my playlist.

Thank you. I don't know if I did this right or not. This is the first time I do this session. All I know is that I did get a name. It came to me like a wave, or many waves of energy, one after the other repeating my Soul's name so clearly and landing on my chest. I felt something like a very strong excitement and my heart beating fast. Don't know the implications of knowing your soul's name and the responsibilities that might come with this knowledge. I'm willing to let everything unfold, and I feel like starting talking to my Soul, calling her by her name.

In 2010 someone made their presence known to me and I clearly heard their name. For years I have wondered if Minerva was my guardian angel, spirit guide, or what I strongly felt somewhere in my subconscious, a part of myself; my higher being. After listening to this yesterday, it was confirmed that indeed MINERVA is my soul name! This was the most powerful meditation I have ever listened to. I felt so many incredible things happening in my body, from twitches, to fluttery sensations, trembling, and an incredible bursting open of my heart Chakra that brought me to tears of joy. Upon waking I recorded my dog in his bed for just a minute, and captured the MOST amazing orb with a clear image of a beautiful man, who someone on fb had just told me she had seen standing behind me in a picture. I think it is my guardian angel as I don't recognize him. I now want to know his name! Thank you for this!

I was introduced to self hypnosis twenty-five years ago and still practice today... Never in any session has there been such a profound affect on my physical body and the ability to project (also something that just happens with me)... this session was immediate and as deep or deeper then the "basement" you mention... as you guided the session, I was already there as you mentioned it. I have been to the Crystal City and the Hall of Knowledge you speak of many many times. I have always considered the other dimensions as Parallel Universes in my travels, but Multiple Dimensions has come to me in recent weeks. But the Crystal City is always the same...
Once again I hear the term "Keeper" being used... AND once again this is corrected to "Master" and has been since the very first time I was at this level.
The book the Master hands you, explodes in a brilliant stream of white light when opened. The pages contain the DNA Codex for every stage of your Cosmic Life (this life, your past lives, and your future Destiny)...
There are no boundaries within the DNA code, only purpose and life's Mission as the main synthesis...
For what ever reason, The name "Antithesis" was returned - maybe so, I have always challenged the expected and often done the opposite of the norm...
Their is another component to this journey - my Twin Soul... I did literally "pick her essence" up just as I was entering the vortex into higher levels of each dimension...
You mention the "speed of light" travel... I might be wrong here, but I sense a speed much greater then the speed of light. IF I happen to look back as I travel there is total darkness, meaning I have left all light behind me... ahead there is a wave of various colors...
I have always been told I am weird and on the edge -- maybe you will have the same conclusion after reading this -- I am a very very Old Soul (Beyond Ancient and Atlantean) and I am not of this earth... I have incarnated so many times I have lost count and a "past life regression is hopeless unless you go to the specific issue.

not sure I believe in all this but it was relaxing to focus on your voice and just let my mind wander. I imagined an old man almost cartoonish in appearance telling me my name is pelitor. I enjoy the imagining of myself flying through the cosmos as it's very relaxing and safe feeling so thx.

i trued this tonight but i waited until i was really tired. it was brilliant i was first greeted with my female spirit guide after i came into contact with my awake third eye. it blinked a bit them i moved through these dimensions with my guide and the white the dimensions were black holes but looked like holes in walls there i cut through some sort of magic where I've been quite a bit. through the holes was a dimension i had looked to be quite bizarre with all these moving squares twisting left and right but floating my quite gave me a name a male name which I've forgot already. but will do this more often maybe i can get the answers to questions to problem going on in this life with the help of my guide. really good astral travel this time thank you very much. i will subscribe and continue this every night.

I stopped near the end because I was becoming a little anxious. But I heard and felt which I believe was my higher self. Because it sounded like me and felt familiar. I heard a faint "yup". And I felt myself hug myself. I didn't know I needed that. It made me realise that I really need to be alot kinder to myself.
I've tried many different ways to astral project. None have worked. This really did help keep me calm and tranquil but I can't seem to fully spiritually move.
My brother is super knowledgeable of this and he has always said that to get positive real results, we have to do more than just meditate. We have to preserve sexual energy, eat less dense food and meditate on a set schedule for at least 3 months. The goal is to trick our mind to stay up and focus here while the body sleeps.

Wow. So I had a massive spiritual awakening of biblical proportions last July. I thought to myself my name is Gabriel. But I doubted myself within. I kid you not, I heard a very loud whisper say my name was Gabriel during this. Thank you that was incredible.
Fell RIGHT asleep
My keeper of my book of life was a blue butterfly. I asked the book if I was a good mother. I saw my daughter much older and my son. I told her the story of me losing custody and all the mess I went thru. My daughter told me she understands and I'm a great mom. She hugged me. My son came in the room and I asked if his baby sister was asleep. And he said yeah. And he hugged me. When the guide was telling me my soul name this golden yellow light shone from the butterfly and twinkled. It was a male voice comforting. And he said its eliyanah and I looked it up and means god has answered me. I've never felt so at peace and so fulfilled. I was dressed in a white lab coat and some jeans. I think I followed thru with my timeline of what I'm working on now. I really have hope now that all I'm battling is worthwhile.
As soon as I closed my eyes I heard my name. I didnt even get to listen. I wasn't expecting that!
All I got was a beast roar and growl in one. I can never remember my astral travel. I think I've met my higherself. Not to sure. Blue lightning all around him. White eyes and blue body. I randomly got torn from my body one day, and he took care of some dark shade. As soon as I went into my body I heard a loud unexplainable bang right where he went with the shade.

Also, my spirit guide was a woman her arms spread out, she had white hair, she had no eyes... All I could make out was the outline of a smile and the outline of a dress...
10 minutes in and the neighbors dogs start howling and breaks my concentration. Have no clue what they are howling at, i live in the sticks so it could be anything. Its frustrating but at the same time I’m thinking they are sensing what I’m doing bc they’ve only been doing it these past few days and I’ve started REALLY tapping into these AP videos and testing my own “spiritual wings” with hypnosis, and just in general expanding my knowledge of the spiritual realms and my own possibilities and i feel like they can feel it as i can feel it in myself. If that makes sense. Great video so far btw, im adding this to my watch later list so i can finish up undistracted.

I was in for 37 minutes and the whit mist looked like clouds. I was floating higher and higher in the universe. The stars were beautiful. I couldn't make out my spirit guide but I got the name Oja. Don't know what was in the book. I'm frustrated 😤

I felt so much. But i never astral projected this time. But i really felt new experiences.

I fell to my knees as I asked the record keeper for my name, as usual, feeling that need I always do to humble myself to those I seek help from. But what she said to me was "Stand up, Queen." That seemed to be all it took. The word Queen emblazoned itself across my chest in swirling, golden letters, and shortly thereafter, I felt the weight of a crown on my head. I remember feeling so confused, having always associated Queen with my mother. She was always the Queen, I was the princess. Plus I thought of Queen as only being a title and that it should be attached to something else, so why does the word feel so right on its own? The record keeper responded by basically saying "That's the fun of not being beholden to a single realm as a Queen. You can be Queen of anything you choose."

I heard / (visualized) the name, wrote it down and looked online for a definition/meaning. Months later I can’t find it and now struggle to remember the name I heard or what it meant.
Edit: I found it! And wow does it resonate with who I am… How is this possible? This has been the most unique meditation experience ever for me.
I saw a name "Jasse". It probably comes from another dimension, and I saw myself as an energy.
+reklamy_IQ When I think Jasse I see a similar energy and colors to the ones of archangels. So I'd say has something to do with a very very powerful angel perhaps. Definitely light worker. No doubt about that.
Am a bit scared to try again but I will. Have "travelled for as long as I remember " not a problem so love Michaels videos as when insomnia hits they work every time . Thought I would try this one and boy what an experience. At first I thought I had woken and could feel my cat laying on my legs. He isn't allowed in the bedroom at night as he wakes us up purring so I thought he had got in somehow. I looked down and laying on my legs was a curled up tabby cat ( mine is ginger) . It looked at me and disappeared. I settled back down to sleep and immediately went back into the video. I awoke again after what seems like ages and two shadow people were standing by my bed. I shouted go away and then felt as if something was pulling me backwards at speed and I awoke in my bed and all was quiet. All of this happened in the 49 mins of this video as it was still playing. Scared me a bit but we will see what happens again. The only way to get over it is to try again
I had to stop and take a break half way through. Once he said for us to see our emotions, I literally saw colors in the shape of people and began feeling extremely sick. Super relaxing and awesome video though. I plan to come back and watch again tomorrow.

I experienced this when I was about 14.. I then went shooting up into the air and a guy with a burnt face like from war caught me and the next min I was back in me and crying hysterically.. strange ..

I was given two names, Archaic and Akyos. I had multiple spirits guides that were the same guide.

I was listening to this calmly, with interest. When you said to ask "What is my soul name?" the phone rang immediately! The caller (who is a believer) gave me my soul-name. But then, maybe my soul name is a chime or musical note. Verbal names don't have to exist in all realms...right? Thanks again :)
