Thanks Eddie! People seem to like the bush trimming videos! I need to do more of them. Yes I try to plan jobs out day before city pickup. Luckily they picked it up today
You are right. The trimmers you are using are marvellous & no joke. They're sharp, efficient, time saving. Not like most of the trimmers people using in UK, Europe & sometimes in USA too, they're struggling with the plants.
Love it !!! They needed that good haircut .They will come back in looking, fantastic. Besides edges being trimmed, bushes are my favorite. Love to see the shaping, going back into to the lbush .Your good and that trimmer is a monster .🌿🌾🌵🌴🌱🌲
Great job. Really needed thinning out. Don’t think it’s a good idea to have 2 of you flailing about with hedgetrimmers in such close proximity. Having said that, the other guy might as well have not been there. 😂. Looked like a one man job to me. 👌☺️🏴
Down my street there are bushes that are twice as high of the house. ( NOT EXAGERATING) They will cost a fortune to remove. Read the tags before planting!!!😮
Seriously. To the people watching. These were not overgrown bushes. Not even in the slightest. They grew to the size they were meant to grow. These were trees and bushes that were larger cultivars that were planted in areas that were too small. Except that red maple in the corner. Like why the heck did you scalp that. It was beautiful and had plenty of room. That could have been trimmed into a beautiful tree form. Not every tree and bush has to be trimmed down into a perfect square, rectangle or circle. Choose the plant for size and growth patterns instead of trying to force the plant to grow into an unnatural shape and size. Save yourself time and money. Choose better.
This was a rental property, the owner of the house wanted everything cut back and they definitely needed it.. now is the time to cut plants way back since they will have plenty of time to fill out. Also, that was a lorapellum not a red maple. Definitely needed a trim . They grow super fast as well. How can someone look at those bushes and say they couldn’t use a significant trim? Yes some probably weren’t planted in the right location. I agree with that..
Yes that’s correct. That’s typically when I trim them back or before the spring growth starts.. it may have been a lilac.. I wasn’t really sure. The owner just wanted everything cut back a lot.. everything was just way overgrown
OMG. Horrible. It looks like you are fighting a battle by knocking everything down. How loveless. This has nothing to do with gardening. Look how deformed an dead all the bushes come out after your treatment. I am really shocked. 🙈🙈🙈😮😮 I´ve never seen something like that before.
lol not sure if this is a serious reply. If you listened to the entire video now is the time to cut stuff way back. They will have an entire spring and summer to fill out.. they will not die, trust me I know what I’m doing .. been working in this industry for years.. appreciate your comment and thanks for watching!
You’re just butchering those plants. Frankly some of the plants look like they’re struggling and need to come out and replaced. JMO I would be horrified if you did that to my plants.
It’s not gonna hurt the plants , they can handle being cut back significantly this time of year and again they will fill/flush out with new growth later this Spring and throughout the summer…
Lol well considering 75% or more was showing work being done not sure where you’re coming from. Close to 10k views in less than a week is really good btw.. thanks for watching!
So great to see someone enjoying trimming shrubs as much as I. Great job.
@@williamjones3639 thank you
Looks great my friend!
You do top notch work!
Its always a plus to be able to take bush clippings to the road and not have to haul away
Great video

Thank you. That trimmer is stihls most heavy duty trimmers I believe. They can cut through thick stems/branches.
Good job, the yards look 100% better than before!
Wow really needex that cut for spring summer growth
Thanks Cathy, glad you see things the way I do. Got some that think I killed em all in the comments.. 😂

What the hell you have made a big mess of those bushes.
I rexlly don't believe you needed to cut them back so harshly
That’s what the customer wanted.. thanks for watching
What hedge trimmer is that cuts great
@@Toyrunner1127 I believe it’s sthil ht 82. Not sure exactly but they are the biggest trimmers sthil offers. They are awesome, 30 inch bar as well

@@BobGardner-k5m very true, this was a rental and the owner just let them get out of hand as well
What is the rough estimate on pricing for a job like this?

Everything was over grown. Of course it always looks bad at first but you can see the shape they should be and will fill in nicely.
@@patriciaburdick3800 thank you!
These needed to be trimmed. You definitely don’t want them on your roof or gutter.
The hydrangea shouldn't be cut back until the flowers die in the fall. It looks more like a lilac??

What state are you in
Alabama, this job was in Auburn..
Sorry but that Maple was decimated 😢
Why have windows if your going to plant bushes in front of them. Let the sun shine in.

Doesn’t look like pruning or cutting back. The bushes were chopped off. Seemed like main point was an Ad for the clipper he used.
OMG. You are butchering the plant.you don't look,, Just cut it al the same sice. Shame !!!😮
