you were a loader? respect bro, I did that for 7 months because I was in the process of being a Supervisor for the loading dock, went back to unload.. brutal. Finished College, got the fuck outta there.
It's extremely unfortunate that this was your experience J reacts. I'm a part time supervisor at UPS and I strive to make sure alot of this does not happen. If anyone needs help with any size box I help. I'm also sorry it sounds like your supervisors weren't properly trained and didn't help you. Alot of these problems should have never occured.
As of April 17th, I will have been with ups for 5 years. It's not for everyone, getting involved with my union helped me A LOT. Just sort smalls every day.
