Too late for this journey, but, similar to National Trust passport stamps, most Alpine catering, transport and accommodation establishments have handstamps, including the ticket kiosks for this steam train. Many tourist information offices have cards to stamp, and award pin badges for different levels. Also, the "Harzer Wandernadel" has 222+ stamping points in the region.
