That mannequin has me in tears I’m laughing so hard. Her EYES!!!
I don’t like how she’s looking at me lol
She looks like seed of chuck, the female version
I thought you were talking about the lady in the video and thought your comment was mean until I saw the hair mannequin 😳 lol. That thing looks like it has seen some 💩😬
Lol, I saw this comment just as she was starting the 2nd braid
I’m definitely trying this now. Your tutorial was great very thorough. I know how to braid and I know how to add extensions to hair but I didn’t know how to try this really cool fluffy braid so I’m definitely doing this in the next week or so on my daughter thank you so much.
Thank you so much for showing us that now I think I'll be able to do mine. I find it harder on myself
This is EXACTLY what I needed! Can't wait to try when the colored hair comes tmrw 😁🤗 Thank you!!
Ur more than welcome x
The eyes on the doll are freaking me out! Lol
Put a rubber band mid length around extensions. Take a small section at the front part of the hair and put in a rubber band. Now start at 6:40. Your welcome!
EXACTLY what I was looking for!! Thank you for keeping it short & sweet. I'm going to duplicate this exactly except when I run out of hair I want to switch to bubble braids. Also I'm using 2 different synthetic braids... hope that doesn't make much difference in technique. 🤞
Thanks for this video it is very clear precise instructions you do, really helped me out!
You are welcome, I really hope it helped you
This video is fantastic, but I BUSTED out laughing at the first shot of the mannequin head. LOLLLL she looks like she's seen some stuff.
I know, the dolls face isn’t very nice lol 😂
Reminds me of the movie frozen, very cute!
Thank you so much for this video!!! I've never been great at pull through braids (yet I do regular braids just fine- go figure) lol and this tutorial REALLY makes me excited to try the kanekalon hair extensions again! (Tried the colored ones before for dutch braids, but got really discouraged because of the texture of the extensions, but you made me feel so much better about it) Thank you, I seriously can't thank you enough for this video!!! Just what I needed in the sea of so many videos!!!
Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments. I haven’t done any videos in a while now so that is lovely to get such lovely feedback! The texture is really hard to work with isn’t it!!!!?? Take care and thank u again x
@@priscillaspreciousbrides I thought there was something wrong with it the first order I got... It just seemed so coarse and I thought there was an error, but then after hearing and reading more about these rainbow bundles, I see that they are made especially for braiding, and for black/African textured hair. But seeing videos like this make me excited for new jumbo braids I have coming in from ebay, and I'm excited to try this style!! Not for festivals, or anything, just for regular life, because the clip in separate rainbow colors in tiny little streaks take forever to place in correct spots that double braids would cover, but also, they are so thin and my hair is really thick and just past shoulder length, and I really want to see if these would actually be able to give me longer hair.. like a big long fishtail braid....I wish there was a way to feed these jumbo hair extensions into one!
I know they are extremely difficult to work with! I haven’t used them for a while due to covid. Love a fishtail braid!! Hope u enjoy doing all different styles. I might try and get back into it soon xx take care and thank u again for watching my video x
Really like your video I'm braid illiterate 😂 can't braid to save my life but this I can do thank you
Thank you! I appreciate your simple steps!
The eye on this head. One is WIDE OPEN.
Hahaha the one looking through the hair
Omg I was fast forwarding and it stopped right at that I almost jumped out of my seat.
That mannequin says “I SEEENTTTT it”
Cant stop looking at IT haha
The easiest I’ve seen it explained, thanks so much
Thank you Stacey, means a lot to get a nice comment xxx
I tried it on my LG and she adored them 🥰
You are such a sweetheart. I very much enjoyed your video!
So so so helpful exactly the tutorial I was looking for thank you 🙌🙌💗
Hi Nadine, thank you. I haven’t done a tutorial in a while (was a lock down thing) so glad it’s helped u! X
This was incredibly helpful! Thank you so much!!
You are welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to watch my video xxx
Awesome video keep them coming
Thank u, sorry I haven’t done any videos in a long time! I normally do bridal hair and makeup!!!
Thank you so much! My daughter wants some colored braids, and I'm just horrible at braiding. This, though, I think I can do!
Thank u for ur lovely comments xxx
Thank you! Can't wait to try this :)
Could you add more colored hair to each section in order to make the braids longer??
Perfect tutorial! Thank you!
Thank you sooo much for posting this I cant wait to use it this weekend
Have an amazing time!!! Thank u for watching x
Just the vid I was looking for
That mannequin looks as if it’s asking for help 😅😂
Loved that! Where could you recommend for buying hair? ❤️
Hey! I’m sure I bought the hair on Amazon thank u for watching my video! X
I wonder if I can do this on MY OWN HAIR
Having a hard time seeing how you did the rubber band loop is there any way you can show from a better angle?
What would you charge to do this at a birthday party? I have a friend asking me to do it for her daughter's party. Thanks!
Beautiful! How much do you charge for your service?
Im going to use hair nearest my natural color and try this. Can the fake hair be used again?
It’s quite hard to use again but can be done if u have patience with it! Lol 😂
Fabric softener sprayed onto the synthetic hair keeps them much more manageable for me 😎
is there a way to do this only half way and the remain hair becoming a big space bun and the rest of the hair being curled?
HIIII!!! I just want to say that :
First, I REALLY love your video
And where did you buy those hair extensions? I really like it and I want to try?
Anyway have a nice day!!! ^^
Eléa LAURENCOT hi there! Thank u so much!!
You can buy them from amazon or eBay xxx have a lovely day x
@@priscillaspreciousbrides sorry I'm soo late but thanks 😊
Do you have a link to the ones you buy? I bought some from ebay and it was really thick, dry and hard to work with.
Can you say this braid hairstyle is strong enough in the hold to maintain 2 days?
Definitely!!!! X
At what point do you use the wax and the braid milk? Is it also applied on the extensions or just your hair?
I would use the wax to tame fly aways from your real hair, braid milk on real hair whilst braiding. U can also use dazzle dust to get some grip on all extensions and real hair. X
Thank you so much!
:/ I want someone to do this for me.. I have such a hard time doing this myself.
Can you post a link for the braid milk???
Sure!!! You can get it in lots of places x

Love the video but is it just me or are the eyes of the doll different. It’s creeping me out a little lol
I know they r VERY wonky eyes lol 😂
Ka-neck-a-lon
Somehow I still managd to f it up twice 😢
Camera angle needs some work... can barely see what you’re doing
These are called feed in braids and they have been popular in the black hair community since the mid 80s nobody's saying that you can't wear your hair like this but can we please stop renaming it and give credit where credit is due ghetto untill proven fashionable
Actually, since the 60s... Back then, my aunts & her neighbors in the "ghetto" called this hairstyle "cornrows" or "track braids." The term 'feed-in braids" or "feed-in cornrows' is more recent to emphasize adding hair extensions to the natural hair while braiding, creating a seamless and gradual appearance.
That's in America... couldn't tell you about how the Brits did it. Either way, a rose by any other name is still a rose. Styles and names change.
So confusing
best tutorial of all time. this saved me
Thank u so much for ur kind Comments xxx
