Hi Tito, thanks for your feedback on our video. If you would like to start creating your own trucker caps with dye sublimation, we would recommend you check out our starter kits, here: gjs.co/equipment/starter_kits/p1696/dye-sublimation-heat-transfer-starter-kit
Hi Oscar, as each substrate, ink and transfer paper combination require different settings, it is best to consult your supplier for recommended time and temperature settings.
Hi Ronnie, there could be a couple of reasons for this. It could be lines/edges of the sublimation paper - which case recommend making your transfer paper larger than the pressing area. It could also be marks from the press itself - which case we recommend that you reduce the pressure of your press. Hope this helps 👍
For this particular style of trucker caps, we recommend 200 celsius for 60 seconds with a 20-second pre-press. All using medium pressure. Hope this helps 👍

I just watched a video where a guy used a heat gun, applied the heat around the design where the marks where and the line disappeared. I will try it, nothing to loose, but another hat lol. Hope this works.
Hi Victor, you can only sublimate on the bill/peak of the cap if it is polyester and designed for dye sublimation. These truckers caps are only designed to be decorated on the front panel of the cap. However, there are other styles of caps available that are designed for all-over sublimation, such as these: gjs.co/supplies/p2546/caps-white-baseball Hope this helps 👍
